Beautiful hotel with stunning views and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, words cant express how big and clean the rooms are. The food is amazing and the portion sizes are large, The bathroom had a television built in the wall at the end of my bath and definitely coming back to book the jacuzzi room.

This is a classy hotel in a beautiful location with stunning views, the rooms are very well equipped and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, we bombarded them with questions as we had a large booking but they provided all information and help in organising the stay which was beyond expectation and normal service so thanks this was great and added to a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped and the spa facilities were a added bonus making our stay even more relaxing and special, the staff were always polite and helpful in making our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible

We also chose to eat in the restaurant which had a very tasty and varied menu at very good prices, there is a perfect atmosphere and good quality food for a sunny evening dinner or meeting and the stroll along the river bank after during sunset was a lovely way to walk off our full stomachs. I chose a vegetarian option which was very tasty and I didn't miss the meat in the dish as it was full of flavour. The portions were also large and I was unable to finish the dish.

Only slight negative was the lack of a full size pool as a keen morning swimmer this was the one things I felt the hotel is lacking. The hydro pool is good for exercise but not leisurely swim.

I will definitely be returning and have seen that there is a regular entertainment evening on the 1st Tuesday of each month so I will be booking a night to see what this is about as it sounds like a nice sophisticated event that will compliment the great hotel.

Stayed here for my 2nd wedding anniversary with a night out planned in Mayfair. What an amazing hotel gorgeous interior just out of the city but gave us a great taxi driver. Amazing service, staff were more than helpful in assisting with restaurant reservations and advice on where to go. Next time I visit central London I am definetely staying here, well worth being a little bit out of the "centre"without getting ripped off and what a beautiful hotel with impeccable service.

We stayed one night at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in London.
The location was great and we were very pleased to be able to park overnight in the hotel's private car park for 15 £ which we thought was quite reasonable. The staff were courteous and friendly and gave us all the information we needed on arrival. The hotel is modern with a nice decor and a super view of the river. The room was clean and well stocked with everything one would wish for. Nice large towels and comfortable bed. The only downside was the maintenance with loose fitting taps and broken shower head. The rooms are designed with a baffling array of light-switches and state of the art technology that is hard for an ordinary soul to cope with. Thankfully my husband has an engineering degree and was able to figure out (after a few hours) how to manage this system! The shower is over complicated and needs an instruction board for operation....

My wife and I just love this hotel ,from the minute you arrive ,the staff at the reception are just wonderful .The rooms are fab ,beds are very comfortable and they have wonderful Egyptian linen sheets and duvets , They are also very spacious and everything is of the highest quality.
The bar looks over the Thames and the bar staff are always very helpful and offer great service .The food is also delicious and the menu offers superb cuisine at incredibly good prices .
We stay here every two weeks and we love it .Best Rooms ,best staff and incredible room rates It was our secret!

Room Tip: I always ask for a king size bed and if possible a room looking over the river

The Hotel was situated perfectly (In my view), the hotel ran a free shuttle bus (Taxi) to clapham station or the bus stop was right outside, it took around 10 - 15mins to get to Victoria Station on the bus. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating and the rooms were huge and very clean. I couldn't ask for more.

a wonderful hotel with a beautiful room.
the staff was always friendly and welcoming and we felt really pampered in the restaurant.
if you are Italian and you do not speak English well, ask to Valy, an Italian receptionist who helped us with the logistics in the shipment of some bulky things.
