Service has to be the best selling point of this centrally located 5-star establishment. Everything was excellent. The food quality is above anything I've tried recently in London. The executive suite was spacious, inviting, quiet and perfect for a romantic getaway. Loved the Champagne Bar lounge and Library lounge ... this is London's best-kept secret!

Conveniently located for central London attractions. We booked through Expedia with the hotel offering special rates for the weekend of our stay. It was easy to find and upon are arrival and although we had not pre-booked parking thankfully our car was taken and parked for us without delay. The room was spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and there was an option of pillows. The bathroom was well equipped with twin basins, a bidet and even a television to watch whilst in the bath. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrived not knowing anything about the hotel, other than its location. We received a great welcome and we were escorted to our room by a charming young man. The bedroom and the public areas were really well presented - every attention to detail had been thought of.
Unfortunately we were not able to take dinner, but continental breakfast the following morning was from a varied selection of cold itmes to suit all tastes.
The only down side was that it was extremely warm in the room during the night - even after we had adjusted the air con to 16 - maybe it was just us being from the north we are used to the cold.
If you go to London check it out before everyone else.

We stayed for 5 nights at the start of Feb in a deluxe room. can only echo the comments of the other reviews - this place is all round excellent. Things that havent been mentioned enough but are important to us were - after arriving at 8am (after 24 hour flight) we were immediately given our room for that night (we had only hoped for leaving our bags), breakfast was thrown into our stay, and it was of excellent quality each day (might cost a bit by high street standards but it is a cut above), sleep quality was excellent and hotel very quiet. All the things you hate to have to pay for at ridiculous prices were included at the arch - water, internet, minibar, and unlike other places good quality tea and coffee in room.

It is always our policy to try and honour early check in requests where possible as we all appreciate how tiring travelling is and I am so pleased that this was one of the many delights during your stay. The personalized attention to detail was amazing, from checking in to departure nothing was too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights (21st - 24th Jan) at this wonderful hotel whilst attending a family wedding.

Having read the Trip Advisor reviews, I decided to make a change and give this hotel a try. My wife and I stayed here for three nights at the end of January. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from Paddington railway station. It's positioning is superb - right near Marble Arch, at the top end of Oxford Street, and just across from Hyde Park.

On arrival Andre offered me a personal tour around the hotel, which I accepted. It would best be described as a "boutique" hotel. Clean and chic, but with a homely feel. The hotel had just celebrated it's first birthday the day before, so it doesn't have that worn look you get at so many hotels. It has a nice gym (we didn't use it because we ran in the close by Hyde Park). There is a beautiful stylish sitting area called the library, where you can just sit and relax. The rooms are stylish (and of a size typical of the London market, so don't expect anything too big) with tasteful decor, free wi-fi internet access, espresso maker, dvd (they have a complimentary dvd library downstairs), tv in bathroom, 24 hour room service, complimentary Times newspaper and Sky satellite tv bouquet.

Check in was prompt and efficient and care was given to spell out the cost of accomodation. Our room was situated right near the lift and we never heard a thing the entire time we were staying there. Comfortable bed.

We ate once at the restaurant for breakfast. Attentive service and simlarly trendy and stylish.

Each time we left or entered the hotel we received a greeting from the doorman. Check out, by noon, was also efficient. We have no suggestions for improvement.

So in conclusion, a well positioned, fantastic, chic but homely hotel that will be my first choice in future.
