We had a lovely stay here at The Arch, brilliant location, far awway enough from the hustle and bustle with very quiet rooms but still a stones throw from the shops in Oxford and Regent Street. The underground station of Marble Arch is literally at the end of the road. We received a warm welcome and had a very comfortable stay - even when the air-conditioning failed in our room, we were moved straight away and upgraded free of charge - it did not affect our stay at all. Hopefully we will return again and will be recommending it to friends.

Room Tip: We had a room at the front and at the back of the hotel - there was no noise in either.

Our last night in the UK saw us discover this little gem of a hotel. Located near Marble Arch and not far from all the shopping on Oxford street, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Not cheap by any means, but in comparison to other hotels this was amazing value. Check in staff were extremely friendly and more than happy to offer us an early check in at 9.30am. They even upgraded us to a deluxe room!!! The rooms, are not huge but well appointed. A nespresso machine, free water juices and soft drink in the mini bar was a surprising add on. I found European hotels incredibly expensive when it came to mini bars do to have these freebies thrown in was great.

Top quality bathroom amentities, slippers and even a TV built in to the wall of the bath just made this hotel exactly what the Dr ordered.

The staff though are truly an asset and I hope the hotel appreciates who they have. As previously mentioned special thanks to the check in staff and the lovely bell hops or porters who were more than willing to help you with anything possible. Highly reccomended!

I stayed here recently when the Cadogan was full. It was absolutely spot on. Perhaps the quietest hotel rooms in central London.

Very comfortable boutique hotel in great location within walking distance of Marble Arch, Hyde Park & Oxford Street. 10 mins from Marble Arch Underground station. Nice rooms, good food and, for a change, free wi-fi (wish more hotels offered this as a basic service). Will be back again in June. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at The Arch for three nights during May. The bedroom and bathroom were tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The public areas of the hotel were bright and comfortable. The hotel staff were efficient and provided a professional yet friendly service. Our view was that the restaurant probably did not come up to the same high standards as the remainder of the hotel, food quality was good but choice was limited. Hotel is not cheap, but as with everything in life, you get what you pay for. Taking account of quality and price, The Arch represents good value for your money. Overall an excellent hotel.

It's wonderful to know that you rate us so highly, thank you for taking the time to post your review.

A cut above the mainstream chain hotels in the area. Free wifi, free mini bar (soft drinks), great bed, tv above the bath - what else d'you need?!

Stayed 2 nights with the family . Very friendly attentive staff . Fixed up a show and made all the dinner reservations for us. Breakfast excellent .
Very close to the shops so easy to walk down to Oxford Street. They parked the car nearby but the cost was high( £60 for the 2 days )so just be aware . Rooms not large but very comfortable .
will stay there again .
