I went to this gallery with my two teenage children(15 and 18) last Saturday. The children had free admission and for adults the entrance fee is £6.There was a wonderful exhibition of the works Mondrian and Nicholson (included in the entrance fee) and the main galleries have some stunning Impressionist masterpieces. The galleries were spacious and well laid out-and not crowded. The Institute is in the beautiful grounds of Somerset House and there are some nice coffee shops where you can also pick up lunch. The gallery is a real gem and seems to be under the radar of most tourists. A real treat and excellent value!
