We stayed here for my partners birthday and as soon as we entered they noticed him wearing a birthday badge and wished him a happy birthday and on booking in they have us a complimentary upgrade to a suite! We were over the moon with it, with views of Westminster bridge and Big Ben it was stunning. The links for the tube are super close and there is some fast food outlet (subway etc) within walking distance too as well as the London eye which is about 2 mins walk away. Overall our stay was perfect, everything you could want and more from a room, and the staff were very helpful and friendly too. Will defiantly be back.

This was our 4th Hotel in 2 weeks and we obviously left the best until last. What a find! Great location and what a view of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. We paid extra for the Executive Lounge package and we could of literally sat there all day watching the world go by. The studio room was excellent and our son loved his own area and TV. The hotel was very busy but the staff were very efficient and friendly - couldn't fault their professionalism. We would definately stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in London.

Beautiful and excellent hotel!!! Very good situation, near Big Ben, not too far from Picadilly Circus, Victoria station,Trafalgar Square, the town center. Perfect hotel for people who like walking all the day like us, we really had a wonderful stay in this hotel and will return in it if we go to London another time.

Having just completed a 22 day tour of the UK and Ireland, I’ve been in various accommodations. Prior to an 8 day quickie tour through part of Europe, I decided for a 4 night stay in London . I thought I had actually died and gone to heaven when I saw my room at Park Plaza. Westminster Bridge. The room has an atrium view and is just so lovely and quiet – no sirens or bustling traffic noises – pure delight.
The room is large and beautifully furnished, refrigerator and mini bar with a section for your own goods, tea/coffee making, in room safe and free wifi. A beautifully designed bathroom with separate shower and bath generous amenities.
Breakfast has a large selection of hot and cold buffet, served in a lovely area of the hotel with views out to the busy street.
Staff in all areas of the hotel are so helpful, from the concierge, reception, housekeeping and serving.
Located right at the virtual end of Westminster Bridge, it’s position lends itself to easy walks to lots of landmarks and was only a bit over an hour easy walking back from Piccadilly Circus (to nice a day to get back on the bus and you miss so much otherwise). Close to the Theatre precinct of West end, where I went to see the Lion King. Hop-on hop-off bus stop is about 100 metres from the hotel and is a terrific way to get around. We were lucky enough to get a promo of 2 days for price of 1.
A great hotel – you won’t be disappointed.

This is the only hotel you should consider staying at when holidaying in London. It is in the best location right at the end of Westminster Bridge. We used the 2 closest tubes - Westminster and Waterloo and otherwise walked to everything as it was so close.
Nearby restaurants were excellent.
Our room was a studio room with an external view of the London Eye - just fabulous to wake up to every morning. The room so spacious with a separate living room, second tv and huge cupboard space, kitchenette was great to have and bathroom was also first class!
Room and entire hotel was very clean, staff friendly and very quiet.
Definitely pay the extra for the studio room rather than the atrium facing rooms, especially if staying for a while (we stayed 7 nights).

This hotel was the perfect place for our extended family of 14 to stay while on a Globus tour of London and Paris. The Clock Tower greets you as you exit the hotel and make your way up Westminster Bridge. The parliament buildings are formidable and beautiful and make a picturesque view from the hotel. The staff was professional and the customer service was excellent. We had a delay at check-in and were given compensation (free drinks in the lounge!)for our inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We had the pleasure of being served by Nes in the lounge. What a great guy! We enjoyed our time at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Rooms with a front-facing window have Big Ben staring at them. Lovely!

We stayed for one night and think this is an excellent hotel. It's in a great location, with brilliant views, has all the facilities you need (including a swimming pool) and very friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed in a studio room which had lovely external views - other members of our party stayed in doubles which only had interior views.

Breakfast was brilliant - full English, continental and everything in between. Kids were very much welcomed, including in the bar and in the pool.

Our only slight issue was that during busy times (5pm to 8pm) there is a booking system in the pool, but nothing in the rooms tells you that - we discovered it when we tried to go for a swim at 6pm. We later found the information on the website, but something in the rooms would have helped.

We definitely plan to stay here again.

Dear DebzLou,

Thank you for the wonderful comment!

I am thrilled to read you and your family had a great time with us and that you and your family enjoyed the studio room and the breakfast.

I was sorry that the swimming pool was fully booked at the time you wanted to use it and you were not informed that we recommend you book a slot. I will pass your feedback to the Front of House manager for her consideration. I do hope that this did not have an impact on your stay.
I am so glad you will choose to stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge again; The team and will look forward to welcoming you back.
