My partner and I stayed here last weekend and were extremely pleased with the facilities and the friendliness of the staff.........would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...............We arrived on the Friday and went to see Steps at the O2 which is a way fromt he hotel but the tubes took no time at all as Sloane Sq is only a stones throw from this hotel............Breakfast was lovely, my only issue albeit a small one was the beds not having a zip link but apart from that A++++++++++++++++

Overall the hotel was lovely, location was good (10 minute walk to Sloane square, but nice walk). Spa was area was lovely (a bit small, but nice). Breakfast was fresh and tasty (very good service).

The only (little) thing was the bar staff, they where very friendly but would talk amongst each other at the bar for long periods of time and not keep an eye on the floor - I was looking at my drink I ordered sitting on the bar for 5 minutes before the waiter took it to me, and I had to go and get the salt and pepper myself or my food would have gone cold waiting.

I would stay in this hotel again, in fact I look forward to it!

Room Tip: If you want a view of London skyline choose the Power Station side of the hotel (we were on floor 8...

We only had Saturday night at this smart, modern hotel. We paid £159 for the night and a further £14 each for breakfast.
The receptionist offered us an upgrade to an executive room for an extra £60: 'Includes breakfast and nibbles in the executive room'. We declined as pretty much dumping our bags and heading off to the West End.
Our room was immaculate and cool, floor to ceiling window with a view of Battersea park and was surprisingly quiet. I loved the white leather chaise longue! The bath was unusual - it had a sloping back taking up about a third of the length and afforded me a comfortable soak. I think someone taller would have to bend their knees but there's the option of a separate shower cubicle with rain drench shower head. Good quality towels, gowns and bedding and most important for me - a soft pillow!
Yes it is about 15 minutes from Sloane Square tube station but we always walk miles in London as there's always something to see. Had it still been raining when we emerged from the station at 11pm we would have grabbed one of the taxis lined up outside.
Breakfast was the usual choices - staff were exceptionally efficient and friendly. Yes overall I was impressed and I'm sure we will return.

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking the park - front of hotel would be my choice.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days recently. The rooms are excellent, a good size and well equipped. The only slight downside is the location- one morning I could not get a taxi for half an hour despite staff help. The bus service is a good alternative if you have plenty of time.

Great Hotel just over the Bridge from Chelsea Flower Show Gardens. Book online to take advantage of last minute deals. I us it regularly when staying up in London. Very Portuguese hospitality which borders on excellent!

Room Tip: Take rooms highre up that overlook the Entrance to the Hotel as rear rooms lower down overlooking Ba...

The hotel is spectacular in terms of the rooms and the decor of the bar, but the location is a bit out of the way (15 minute walk to the Sloane Square Tube) and there is not much around outside of the hotel except for the park. The concierge did not give helpful tips about the bus service, specifically what bus to take to the tube station. And when we obtained a cab for a ride to the tube they failed to tell us it was a private cab, thus causing the ride to be 10 pounds when a regular taxi would have been about 5 pounds. You can't have it all, right?

Overall it was a great deal for London, but it's too far away from the action as far as I'm concerned. However, I would stay again if I could not find a better deal or location.
