We attended the 50th birthday of a special friend this weekend and stayed here again - same great experience as last time - very good service , super rooms great breakfast spread and a nice surprise that parking is only £5 at the weekend for 24 hours.

Decided to celebrate my birthday with my mother and sister her for the weekend. Booked for three adults and was given a family room (Double bed and a sofa bed). The room was OK, except that one of the lamps bulbs were blown, the blanket on the bed wasn't clean, carpet stains and hair in bath, not forgetting in the sofa bed that was really lumpy (felt like sleeping on bed springs covered by a sheet). I wasn't impressed. There was no way I could sleep on it so I asked reception to change the room - they couldn't change the room but they could change the sofa bed to a normal bed - which they did promptly with no fuss (I really appreciated that). They also sorted out the lamp and washed the blanket and brought it back.
Food was a bit pricey - ordered some food on the first evening and waited a long time for it - it was quite tasty though.
The whole point of the trip was to try out the spa - which was very small and really badly designed. (The changing rooms had a toilet in the back so if somebody was in there, you couldn't use the changing rooms). It was quite busy in the morning - lots of families and small children in the tiny pool - but by mid-morning it had quietened down. We didn't try in treatments - so can't comment on this. Sauna and steam room was really good.
Breakfast was very good - lots of variety and fresh. Staff always made sure that they kept our glasses topped up with juice and swiftly cleared our plates as soon as they were empty (a bit too enthusiastically).
The main asset of this hotel are the staff. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always polite and courteous. Even if they they couldn't speak English, they tried very hard to help you. If it wasn't for this I would have only given this hotel a 2 rating.
I don't think I would come back again myself but I would recommended that others try it out.
You will be treated well. I don't think this 'the best' spa hotel out there - there is still room for improvement - which I think this hotel can achieve.

The staff are extremely efficient and professional. The room itself (standard double room) is a decent size, the beds were really comfortable and the room was extremely clean and tidy. No need to worry about noise from trains behind the hotel as there is a second windowpane to slide open before opening the actual window so I had no problems with noise interrupting my sleep. The breakfast was fantastic -there was a good range of cereals, mini pastries, porridge, fry, fruit& yoghurt, toast and endless tea/coffee and fruit juice. All of which was delicious. Can't comment on the spa as sadly it was fully booked during the times which suited me (it seems that mornings are very popular so book in advance if you can) but the pool area is very nice. The hotel is located just across the road from a bus stop and is about 5-10minute walk from the Queenstown train station so access to the central london/shopping areas is very good. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it as value for money.

Could not have been happier with this choice! My husband and I booked this hotel for a 3 day stay in London. This hotel is a great value for your money. The rooms were modern and they were the perfect size. Our room came with a bath and a shower. The restaurants downstairs are nice, alittle pricy for us. Really easy access to the bus it was a short walk and the bus takes you to Sloane square which gives you access basically everywhere. We were very happy with our choice and will deff be coming back soon!

I love this hotel as it constantly delivers at a high standard but for some reason at incredibly decent prices for a hotel. The fact that it is so central is a real bonus. Staff are wonderful and always willing to help. Breakfast great, and overall, perfect. At just over £100 to £150 a night for a standard double (which is actually a great sized room) this place delivers every time. Am a regular guest and cannot recommend it enough

This is an excellent hotel. Facilities are very good and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Some distance from the underground (Victoria or sloane square) but otherwise very pleasant location. Would thoroughly recommend.
