We stayed here for a week. Very welcoming staff, the hotel is nice and our room was cosy. Thank you very much. I recommend this venue. The hotel not in central London but we could easily and quickly go there by public transport.

This is , without a doubt , one of the best hotels where we have been ! from the accommodation to the staff all give you the "ultimate " attention and care. Special word has to go to Pedro Candeias Nunes ( front desk) and Anastacía ( dinner )
if in London , don ´t hesitate !
The hotel is great quality and value. I have stayed in many places around London paying staggering amounts for complete dives. I think the Pestana is reasonably priced and good value. The staff are always friendly, rooms are sufficient in size and the food good. I have stayed for both business and pleasure and intend to use the hotel for future trips.
Just got back from a two night stay in this fantastic hotel which we booked via a hotel voucher that was a Christmas gift. From the moment we checked in which was totally hassle free to the moment we checked out, all the staff were pleasant, professional and very helpful. Our room was immaculately clean, very light and airy, lovely crisp white bed linen, large fluffy white towels and nice toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, hair dryer, safe, slippers, plenty of hanging space, lots of lighting, make up/shaving mirror and most importantly of all very quiet. We ate lunch in the bar which was a lovely meat and cheese platter for two. We had the three course set menu for dinner with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine and a separate bottle of wine. And breakfast both days. And dinner in the bar on the second night - amazing cod goujons and rustic chips! All the food was fantastic. Very tasty, fresh, cooked to perfection and delicious. All served by polite professional staff. The only very slight criticism is that the breakfast hot menu could have been a bit hotter, but there was a good selection and something to suit everyone. They do add a discretionary 12.5% service charge to all lunch and dinner orders which we paid because we usually tip for good service and this was certainly good service and good quality food. We used the lovely swimming pool, steam room and sauna which was a really nice relaxing and calm, nicely lit area, again with lovely helpful staff. We arrived in London at Victoria coach station and jumped in a taxi to the hotel which cost £7, but after that we walked absolutely everywhere. We had brilliant weather and so walked to harrods, battersea park, kings road, Hyde park, Kensington park and eventually once we knew our way around back to Victoria coach station. Had it rained, the location might not have been quite so pleasant but if you can afford taxis or don't mind buses and the underground we would still recommend it as an excellent london hotel out of the way of all the usual hustle and bustle. If you want a special treat try the Laduree macaroon shop inside harrods - delicious morsels of loveliness but not cheap - £21 for 12 but worth it as a treat. Overall we had a fantastic weekend, good hotel, good food, good staff, good time!
My friend and I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel was lovely. Our room was great and we found the bar prices reasonable for a 4* hotel. Although the hotel is not in the centre there is a great bus service and the bus stop is minutes from the hotel.
Location was not too great. Bus stop is almost 5 minutes’ walk and so are shops and cafes.
Room were spacious, modern and comfortable. Bathroom was all right. For the price I paid, you rarely get a room as good in London.
Staff were helpful. Services were ok. Nothing too fancy, but could really be worth the price paid
