It is a great hotel with spacious rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The welcome was warm without being intrusive. checkin was efficient. The view of the Battersea Power Station development was impressive from 8th floor. Aircon was effective but quiet. Complimentary water and wifi. Did not have time to try spa. Breakfast is expensive.

Great service, nice rooms (spacious, clean and new). It is also located out of the congestion charge zone, so this was a plus for me, that went by car. The down is that the parking next door (independent parking) is very expensive (23 pounds for 24 hours on weekdays). Restaurant was impacable. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Quiet rooms face to the street. There's a train line facing the back rooms.

The hotel breaks the mould of normal hotel rooms that are bland, it's bold and bright with great baths and showers and very roomy for Central London. The park on one side and the river on the other positions the pestana perfectly! Food good particularly the breakfast and the staff can't do enough for you! Can't fault it :-)

Very nice hotel, great spacious rooms with both a tub and a shower.
Spa is excellent, although a bit pricey. Same with the breakfast so ate out instead.
Was said that the wifi was not complimentary, but turned out it was, a pleasant surprise.
Booked via Hotels.com, a twin bed room, but got dealt a handicapped room. Obviously not satisfied with that, complained and at first got told there were no other rooms available. Would not settle with that and they arranged so that I got the room I had booked. Good service.
I thought it was remote from central london, but no problem getting around, busstops right outside. Bus 137 took you to Oxford Street, and went all the time.

Stayed here for a friends birthday, hotel was very nice and clean, our room had a white leather chaise lounge and also an exercise bike ( I for one have never seen that in a London hotel). You can see into the bathroom from the bedroom and there was a nice blue mood light coming from in there. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and they had a wide range of hot and cold food including fruit. The pool, Sauna and Steam room were all very nice and clean

The only disappointment with the hotel was the Spa changing room,(if you could call it that) It was actually, One toilet with an area outside of it. Only 2 people could change in it at any one time and if you didn't know that person it would be a very strange and intimate experience. Also the one female toilet was at the backand if someone wanted to use the toilet they would have to wait for the whoever was using the changing room part before the could be let in. there were no hairdryers and nowhere to plug in

For a hotel of this size it was pretty ridiculous

Room Tip: If you are staying at the weekend the there is free parking from Friday 6:30pm on the roads 5 mins walk away
