Visited the brewery last Friday and really enjoyed the tour and the beers. We started off in the brewery tap next door with a spot of lunch and a couple of pints before Lisa, our guide, took us round. Lisa was very friendly and made the whole tour a pleasure with her in-depth knowledge and stories. She explained each stage of the brewing process in an easy manner and was always asking if anyone had any questions. By the time we reached the Hock cellar we were ready to sample the full range of beers on offer. The cellar area is packed with more history on the the brewery which made for a great end to a great afternoon.
