Went there for Mothers Day and was very disappointed by the visit. When we 1st turned up we were told it would be at least an hour wait to get a table as they were "fully booked" even though they were at less than half pacity. We came back 30 minutes later and we were seated - still with half the restaurant empty. After getting seated it was 20 minutes before our drinks orders were taken and they didnt come for 40 minutes after that - after they did arrive we didn't drink them as they still had a taste of washing up liquid. When we told the waitress she didn't replace them or even apologise, just said she'd tell her supervisor. When ordering what we wanted it wasn't in stock, so we had to order more pricey items. When ordering the minute steak again the waitor said could he interest us in the rib eye instead, when asked if they had sold out of the minute steak he said "I guess so". This is just speculation but I really think he was just trying to get us to order more expensive items. It took us 30 mins to get the bill after having to ask twice for it. We then had to get the soapy beers removed from the tab as they had clearly just ignored it.
In all the food was really good but the service was the worst I've ever had at any restaurant, let alone a more pricey one.
