“Why bother?”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 May 2014

Staff shout at you and rudely state menu items. Food is clearly made the day before and stored under a heat lamp that dehydrates. Not worth going at all. Staff at McDonalds restaurants are better. They really need to learn about customer service. And that is the last time I pay one pound for a small pot of tomato sauce that has been watered down with vinegar

“Expensive, tasteless food”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 April 2014

Went here to get a quick bite. The "restaurant" is locaded right by Madame Tussauds..
The food ain't good. I ordered the lasagna which was over-cooked and was more or less completely tasteless. A microwave lasagne would've been a better choice. The food is also very very over-prised.. Go somewhere else for å better experience.

“£20 for lunch!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 February 2014

We went here after visiting an awesome Madame Tussaud's.
The food was disgusting (cheap meat), very disorganised service, and very very over-priced! We paid £20 for chips and a drink for 2 people! Absolutely ridiculous even for London!
Please avoid at all costs!
There is M&S, Subway and Cafe Nero all in the vicinity...please go here instead.
We most definitely will live and learn and our first alarm bell should have sounded when there weren't any prices on anything!
Save your hard earned cash for somewhere else!

“Much Better Than Expected”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 December 2013

Bad reviewers must be living in a dream world. This place is better than one expects from such a major tourist area. Staff were very friendly - but very busy! Very wide range of food, typical bustling atmosphere from what is the closest eaterie opposite Tussauds. Picked a nice day to eat and lunched outside when I first used this place in the Summer (didn't bother to review then) but went downstairs on the latest visit and found standards still equally high, I think owners are Italian but food was typical 'cater for all tastes' as I guess they have to with such a multinational clientele. Prices are high, but certainly in keeping with the area (where the business rates are doubtless astronomical) overall well worth a visit if on a day out otherwise it's back to making sandwiches!

“too expensive and unpleasent setting”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 December 2013

I and my friends were in a hurry and we just dropped in the place closer to us. The place was called "italian restaurant" and food was kinda "italian". The waiter hurried us without any excuse and reason. And the most awful thing is that we had to pay lot for totally nothing.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!
