We had a room on the ground floor with no window to look out off.The smell of damp was overpowering. I reported it to the staff and asked to be moved to a different room and they responded that the hotel was full, and that they knew about the problem as previous guests had complained. My suggestion to them is to do something about!! I wont be returning. The rooms are small but are kitted out well with the small kitchen unit. They were not as clean as i would have liked - Lots of hair in the plug hole when you pull up the plug. We could also hear the night staff coughing so the walls are pretty thin.
Stayed 2 nights here. Hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood in West Kensington/Hammersmith, a few minutes walk to Tube and buses. Room was very modern and clean, though quite small. Helpful staff.
My wife and I stayed in an executive room for 3 nights in early Nov. 2011 whilst I attended a conference at the London Olympia nearby - in fact 200 metres away.
The staff are fantastic, always there to help.
The rooms, even the exec ones, are a bit cramped for 2 people and luggage, but the rooms are modern and the en-suites more than adequate.
We might look for something a little roomier next time, but the price was good and the location ideal.
Me and the boyf stayed here for my birthday as we planned a day and night in london. love the decor very modern. the room was small but was fine as we wernt in it for long but still i would stay again.
After working at Earls Court all weekend recently, this was the perfect place to go back to. A lovely greeting from polite staff member, quick check-in and a nice clean room awaited with plump feather pillows and duvet! Comfy double bed with crisp linen! Beautifully clean room.
The room I had (number 10) was quiet and had a fridge, sink and a microwave in the room with a desk and 2 chairs, perfect if you do not want to spend a fortune on breakfast and fancy a little snack in the evening without having to wander around looking for a place to eat.
However this hotel is perfectly placed for Olympia (at the end of the road 1 minute) and Earls Court (about 15 mins walk) and perfect for close-by shopping on Kensington High Street.
Even though this was business and I was on my own, its a perfect room for a romantic weekend in London.
