Branded a 4 star hotel and it does have the usual facilities tea/coffee, iron, safe, flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom but has a very 'basic' feel to it. Room, wardrobe and bathroom very small and surprising there was no carpet. On the plus side it's in a quiet area and very convenient for Olympia and Kensington High Street.

Don't stay here - go back to lastminute.com & book a 'Secret Hotel' , they seldom let you down. Rooms tiny, no carpet - you hear everybody walk . Bathroom a joke & fridge literally the size of a shoe box . No lift. Two feet between bed and wall & bed small!

The rooms are tiny & I mean tiny. Small bed & no room for your luggage. The bathroom is a joke more like one on an airline .

It's a terraced house that 'brands' itself as a 'hotel' . You compromise everything to stay here & gain nothing .

Great little hotel, just a few hundred yards from Olympia/Kensington High Street. Very quiet street, you wouldn't know you're in London! The room was not big (hey, it's in London) but very well appointed, with microwave/fridge/sink, OK for simple meals or microwave dishes from the local supermarket(s). My only criticism is the hard laminate wood floors, which were noisy/creaky, I felt that carpet would have been much nicer, if harder to maintain. For this reason alone they loose 1 star from an otherwise faultless 5 star rating! That said, the location is great, with buses and tubes near by. We will definitely stay here again as it's so convenient for Olympia, Kensington High St, The Albert Hall etc. Some great restaurants and pubs nearby.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the hotel (ours was number 5) are even quieter.

Nice well appointed room, loved the iphone doc but tho great for olympia the tube situation especially when the circle line is down at weekends meaning a trip to london is made more expensive or tiring by either walikng from earls court or taxiing. As a hotel no complaints but location for a shopping and party night in london is not good, a bit to inconvenient to get to
