We just stayed at the Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill for my birthday. We booked and prepaid and the room was only £120 which is a great price because it is much higher during the week. I really love the rooms. Love the fact that there is an espresso machine in the room. Lovely design. We have stayed in a few Indigo Hotels and they have always been really charming and comfy hotels.

Room Tip: They are all good, the only difference is the size

i may have sometime in my life stayed in a better hotel but i cannot remember precisely which one, so combining all factors which make a great hotel, probably i havent...

my rate was only about 130 over holiday season and was offered an upgrade for only 10 a night (good marketing by the hotel and a great deal for me plus a bottle of wine thrown in free, honestly where else would u get that)

rooms were wonderful, pics by other TA users will show u better than i can ever describe, the size was huge by london standards, the style a mix of modern / traditional and urban which works well esp. the four poster bed

staff were amzaing, without fail they were cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable, they for sure were streets ahead of any other hotel i have been to including all 5 stars

soundproofing and hence sleep quality were excellent, bed, bedding, pillows etc went far beyond luxurious, fit for a king

whoever runs the hotel is probably a marketing genius as they encourage you to spend only a little bit more but enhancing your experience a lot, eg the upgrade, they also have 2 for 1 cocktails in the lobby bar which were excellent, service there also excellent, also u can mix and match the cocktails so they are not stingy at all

films are only 7.50 each which is cheaper than nearly all ther hotels and good value if its a rainy day or you are feeling lazy

room service was excellent, portions are much larger than you expect, i ordered two expecting them to be 'normal' ie small and couldnt eat it, quality is also of the highest order

how often can you go to a hotel in london and be surprised that every feature is bigger / better / cheaper/ nicer than you expected, am writing the review sometime after my stay and cannot remeber all the 'wow' things, guess i need to go back soon )))

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with tube stations easy walking distance. Room had all the little extras to make our stay very special. Nespresso machine, mini bar, large shower rom, very comfy four poster bed. Only fault we had was that our room was on the top floor, room 601 and although we turned off the air conditioning there was a constant buzzing noise coming from either next door or on the roof which did disrupt our sleep. This will not put us off visiting this hotel a.gain but would ask for a room on a lower floor as it appears the noise was only on the 6th floor.

Room Tip: Rooms on top floor there is a constant humming noise so would suggest lower floorS..

Staying in London over the weekend for business. The Hotel Indigo made for a great home base, close to the Tower of London which I spent all day Saturday exploring. My room is great with wonderful city view, free Internet and the bonus mini bar. Only disappointment was breakfast. I would advise skipping it and going out. Most of the buffet was gone by the time I arrived at 10 am (jet lag) and the choice was limited and tasteless. However, this won't stop me from coming back to this great, economical, cozy hotel the next time I'm in London.

Room Tip: I expect the top rooms are the best as the wood floors could be noisy to those below.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for my husbands birthday, using priority club points to pay. The location is great, 5 mins from both Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations.
Upon arrival into the very plush and trendy reception, we were greeted by a very friendly staff who congratulated my husband and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a King Executive room, which was a great treat especially as we were using reward points to pay.
We also were greeted in the room with a delicious birthday chocolate cake as a complimentary treat!!
The room was lovely, a 4 poster in a NY style. Very modern with all the usual mod cons-ipod dock, plasma tv, nespresso machine etc. The fridge was full of complimentary drinks and snacks-coke, water and choc.
The bathroom was a very smart wet room with Aveda amenities-though I personally would have loved a bath too.
Staff were friendly at all times and overall a fantastic stay!
