Stayed just one night at the Indigo Hotel on a trip to the Olympics. A lovely welcome from the team on reception, quiet, beautiful room, with a huge comfy bed, and spectacular breakfast. Excellent location for exploring along the river in London. I have downgraded my rating for 2 reasons. Firstly, we paid through the nose due to Olympic rates. However, they did give us lots of extras that had not been originally included (they didn't have to do that), so we were left feeling valued rather than fleeced! The one big disappointment was check out time. Breakfast was from 7am to 11am. We had a late breakfast and on the way back to our room we wanted to check what time we needed to vacate. The guy on reception told us 2pm, the girl next to him then interrupted, asked for our room number, and changed it to 11am - this was at 11.10am! They obviously wanted our room early. Not on. We were allowed to stay until 12pm, but it left a nasty taste. So, I'd recommend this hotel, but suggest you get your check out time sorted (and in writing?) the day you arrive.
