Tucked away on the edge if the city this is a well designed and kitted out hotel.

Close to The Tower but a bit of a way to the West End. Free soft drink mini bar and paper was a bonus. Good shower but A/c was a bit noisy.

Friendly service and no hassle check in.

Recently visited London to experience le Tour de France in London. Booked Hotel Indigo at Tower Hill based on other peoples reviews. Just stayed one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. An excellent hotel with a lovely boutique feel to it. We were fortunate enough to have an upgrade and had a very spacious room, which was immaculately clean and well appointed. Hotel itself was well situated, near to Tower Hill and the underground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I love this place and stay most weeks. They have the business essentials right. Quiet rooms, personalised service - eg they hold my bags and bring to room and will email invoice etc. always helpful positive staff
Only negatives - they have no gym but sign deals with the local clubs virgin or la fitness which is fine. Restaurant is perfect for breakfast but otherwise limited - which is fine given location

This was the perfect location for my trip. I was down sight seeing with 2 children and this was perfect the hotel was immaculate the staff were lovely and the complementary mini bar went down a treat !

The location is fantastic for the tower and London bridge as only 5 mins walk away and there is a tube station right at the end of the road.

The staff were really good I unfortunately had a 9 year old with a sickness bug while there and they helped me get a doctor and asked every day how she was which was really thoughtful ! They even brought me a bucket to the room when I asked.

Overall very clean, beautiful rooms, lovely staff and excellent location. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We were staying in London for my boyfriends birthday and upon checking in at the Hotel Indigo Tower Hill (several hours early and at no additional charge) we were upgraded to an executive room and there was a birthday cake in our room! It's this level of detail and thoughtfulness that guests will always remember.

The location is great, a couple of minutes walk from Aldgate tube station and about 7-10 minute walk to the Tower of London and the Millennium Pier where you can board a water bus or take a river cruise. Bear in mind you are within the square mile, so lots of the bars and restaurants may not be open at the weekends, but we didn't find this a problem and it wouldn't deter us in the future.

Throughout our stay, every member of staff we met was efficient, helpful and friendly but I must give a special mention to Tomas and Giusi who really looked after us and made our weekend in London really memorable. Our room was spacious, with a modern bathroom and complimentary mini bar and coffee maker. We both agreed the bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in. It's just a shame it's made exclusively for the hospitality industry - yes, we checked, that's how comfortable it was!

This was our first visit to the Hotel Indigo Tower Hill, but it won't be our last.

We usually stop at a different hotel in Kensigton, but due to being availabitity issues we had to find an alternative, I'm very glad I did!
The hotel is situated in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the tube yet in a relatively peaceful area on the edge of the City.
Upon arrival we were greated by a friendly member of staff and were advised that our room was ready early (a bonus as we had turned up well before check in and were expecting just to leave our bags). We had upgraded to an executive room and in my opinion it was worth the extra money. The room was spacious and clean and very funky. There were plenty of snacks and drinks that came on the house and a coffee machine for your use. The bathroom was modern and the shower was great.
The bed was a great size and we had a really good night sleep.
I will definitely look to book a room at this hotel first every time I am in London.

The Indigo Tower Hill is a great hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
One nice thing is that the minibar is completely free, and refilled daily.
Location is pretty good for the city, Tower of London and , if you are willing to walk a bit, Southwark and the Borough Market.
Its reasonably close to Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations. The only problem with this is that not being on the central or Piccadilly lines, for access to west end and shopping areas (Piccadilly, covent garden, Oxford st, etc.) you typically have at least one change.
Also, being in the heart of the city, the area is a bit quiet on the weekend. You generally have to walk a bit to find a decent restaurant or cafe (though not too much).
In terms of value for money, I found it a bit pricey. I assume there are hotels with better value for money, particularly if you are willing to compromise a bit on quality.
Still, its definitely a quality hotel, and I have no complaints.
