We stayed at the Hotel Indigo-London Tower Hill from from August 14-18 and had a fantastic experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Giusse (sorry if I'm not spelling that right!), who wound up essentially being our own personal London guide. She, and the rest of the staff, were extremely helpful in figuring out how to navigate London and ready with recommendations of things to do and places to eat/drink. The rooms themselves were extremely spacious (even by American standards) and the beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The complementary mini bar was a nice touch and it was good to be able to grab a bottle of water each morning on the way out. The staff was more than willing to refill anything that we took. The hotel is located just a 5-10 minute walk from the Tower of London, but is a bit out of the way of the rest of the major attractions in the city. There are a few Tube stations and bus stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel though, so if you are able to navigate that, you can get around easily.
