Came to this hotel because others were full - but never regretted it. Staff have a great service attitude and make you feel welcome. They genuinely try to help you if issues arise (e.g. a taxi strike). Rooms are very good giving you an excellent night's sleep, with the only downside being that the TV stood at an odd angle vs. the bed. Hotel is expensive, no doubt, but if you need a quality stay - Indigo is the place. One more downside is that not all cabbies know how to find the street 'Minories'. Try the food in the downstairs lobby lounge. Overall a big recommendation.
