“Classically beautiful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 May 2014

Stayed here for one night over Easter. It is a beautiful building. Amazing reception with gorgeous flower displays. Rooms are classically beautiful. Had one of the best massages ever in the Spa. Had dinner at Roux at the Landau, very impressed with the food, décor and service. Would definitely stay again.

After a wonderful relaxing tranquillity massage in the Spa I settled down to afternoon tea in the Palm Court consisting of a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne, delicious finger sandwiches, mouthwatering pastries, tasty scones and a great selection of teas.

I’m stayed in room 500, one of the so called best rooms, however when I compare to the other hotels in London, that I would normally stay at (Bulgari or Mandarin Oriental) I would say the rooms and bathrooms are not as good.

That not to say the hotel is not very good, it is nice, just not as good as the other 2 hotels I normally stay at..

It was my first experience with this hotel in London. I liked the location very much but this is not a perfect hotel for me.

Service: so many flaws - delays at check in and check out, not fulfilling the requests of the guests (forgetting them), not well done laundry - always problems. Room service is so so and you really will be looking for something else to eat.

The hotel itself is an old one - so you can expect dated furnishings, long corridors, small lifts, old smell.

It would be an okay option if not the price you'd pay for staying in this hotel. I would think twice now before returning to this property.

Majestic hotel in the heart of London...it is a luxury hotel and very expensive but worth it. The Langham London is an original grand hotel. It opened in 1865 as a hotel and was a palace belonging to the Monarchy before that. The Palm a Court is expensive but wort the experience for breakfast and tea at least one time during your stay in London. It is five star luxury that is worth the splurge on a romantic vacation. I truly enjoyed my stay of 11 days at this hotel. Close to the tube, Starbucks and all that London has to offer.

Room Tip: Request front of hotel overlooking the avenue.

The rooms are perfect - great facilities, and always a great nights sleep!

And he view from the 7th floor ... Fantastic!

Great extra touch - a special cake in the room for Bens birthday... Always great when you turn 11!!!

Well done - again - to the team!!!!

The facade and the building say it all. It is a majestic hotel in the heart of London. It is pricey but we get our money's worth.

The hotel staff are trained well in terms of customer service. Tha front desk agents are all helpful.

I love the room. Makes me feel at home!

We definitely would stay here again.
