How appropriate to house a museum all about war in the old Bethlem Hospital, an institution that - to be rather non PC, used to be a loony bin! The craziness of war explained and displayed for all. IF ONLY we could learn from history, eh?? The exhibits are fine and thoughtfully displayed. Some of the paintings will really break your heart.

The exhibitions have the right amount of reading and displays. Some displays cover sensitive material but the museum handles this well and informs the viewer with integrity.
