“Wonderful place to visit!”
Reviewed 4 June 2014

My father, grandfather and I had a wonderful visit. The layout of the museum makes it very easy to find your way around. Personally I would give at least 3-4 hours to really see and read everything.

“Essential for all the family”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

The Imperial War Museum is an essential visit for all the family to learn about what British forces went through in the world wars. You get a real insight and a great education. This is ideal for family trips or even school/scout group trips etc. Highly recommended for any Brit that has never been and for people visiting the UK to see the impact of the world wars on Great Britain.

“First hand War experience”
Reviewed 29 May 2014

The Museum offers valuable insight into the World Wars, appealing to children and adults. The section on spies was particularly interesting, as was the exhibit of what homes looked like during the war. A must visit if you would like to gain a clearer insight into the impact that war has had on the British psyche.

“A good and educational experience”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

A good and educational experience for all the family. I think that these days much even deeper and more insightful information could be provided. I definitely recommend the first World War 1 exhibition.
