Stayed for the Sunday night special which includes Accommodation, Dinner and breakfast for 2.
Everything you have read about this hotel is true.
Service, excellent communication skills of staff, quality of food and the whole ambience of the place made this stay not only special but an unbelievable experience.
If anyone is visiting London take advantage of this deal and I can promise you the stay of a lifetime.

Room Tip: If you can afford a river view room then pay the extra.

Absolutely worth the extra cost of staying at this hotel. Stayed here three nights and everything about the experience was exeptional. The room was nice and spaceous and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location of this hotel cannot be beat, walking distance to all the main attractions of West End london.

...and you will not be disappointed. This was the first time we had stayed here since the multi million pound upgrade and although we regretted the loss of the quirkiness which was much more Art deco than the revamp, the experience was fantastic.
The hotel is very spectacular but not everything was perfect. We arrived at four pm but the room was not ready. There was much sucking up by the management (in the nicest possible way) for this oversight and we were soon in a room with a giant kingsize bed which was the most comfortable I had ever slept in. From then on everything was perfect, from the magnificent shower to the unashamed luxury of the bed linen.
The pubic rooms were sumptuous and the attention to detail second to none.
Whether it is the best hotel in London I cannot say but it must be in the top three.
If you can, save up your pennies and savour the Savoy.

Room Tip: All the rooms are superb. Even the cheapest is extremely comfortable, however the rooms facing the...

We had booked a Deluxe room but were upgraded on arrival to a Junior Suite with a Butler. The service and facilities were excellent. We had afternoon tea in the Thames Foyer which is the biggest that we have had. Expensive but you need to pay for quality. On returning to our room there was a cake on the table with happy birtday on it for my Wife. Went to the theatre in the evining and then into the American bar for cocktails and jazz. Excellent. We stay in London 3 or 4 times a year and this will definately become our destination hotel.

Excellent hotel. From the minute we jumped out of the taxi where we were greeted like celebrities and made to feel like very special guests to when we left, this couldn't have been a more wonderful stay.

Every single member of staff was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, they made you feel incredibly welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

The interior of the hotel and the rooms is splendid, in fact second to none and I would certainly recommend a stay here as a special treat. The room we were given was beautiful and incredibly quiet for London. The bathroom and toiletries were excellent too.

After returning from the Opera in Covent Garden we went into the bar and had 2 of the best cocktails I've ever had, not cheap but it was a treat for my partner and we loved them.

The location is great too with only a short walk to Covent Garden, Shaftesbury Avenue and the River Thames.

A peerless hotel. The service, the ambience, the food ,the room were beyond reproach.I give it 5 stars only because I could not give it 6. Fantasic experience in every way. It cost £££££ but the quality remains long after the price is forgotten. Ben at the concierge was fantastic and got us tickets to events that were sold out.We had a room overlooking the Thames -- a knockout. the finest of hotels jim and lesley mullany australia

Room Tip: get a room overlooking the thames- worth the extra

In my opinion the greatest luxury hotel in London.
I have stayed at The Savoy twice (once in 2011 and once in 2012 and both visits have demonstrated a total commitment to quality and service. The quality of the rooms is in the top 1% of any hotel I have stayed in around the world, and attention to detail, fittings, space and ambiance are all excellent.
My first visit saw my room upgraded, and I even had my own personalised stationary on the desk when I arrived, and it came with its own butler.
All meals (including the famous Savoy Grill) were of an extremely high standard, and you must visit the cocktail bar for an understated but utterly cool experience
Overall, The Savoy is my number one London hotel and I will not be booking anything else in the future. In fact, I'm going back in June.
