My husband and I just enjoyed a truly great and most importantly fun stay at The Savoy. The service was wonderful and the room sublime-possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My favourite part was undoubtedly the bathroom, I could have spent a whole vacation in the wonderfully equipped room and adore the surround sound, you can lounge in a bubble bath listening to relaxing music, marvelling at some great interior design. We visited The American Bar for superb cocktails (they're pretty strong), Kaspers Restaurant for dinner and Beaumont Bar for a night cap or two too (no wonder it was fun!). The hotel is not cheap obviously, but it is quite simply lovely. I would however avoid the mini bar in your room £5 for a packet of crisps seems a tad excessive. We are already planning a return visit! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Room Tip: I loved our Edwardian themed room-my husband was however slightly alarmed to have a picture of Hugh...

Our room was perfect, surgically clean, everything immaculate and so comfortable. The staff were courteous and unobtrusively friendly and the hotel was an absolute joy to spend time in. The only disappointment was the breakfast which was very mediocre and totally forgettable.

This hotel is iconic, it's well deservedly world renowned. The service is excellent, rooms have a very high attention to details. This is the forth time I've stayed and will no doubt return.

The only issue that we had was although we were not late checking out, twice housekeeping came and knocked on the door to see if we were still there.

once again a stay at the savoy proved to be worth every cent.this is a top class hotel with service to match.i cannot rate it highly enough, sadly the restaurants are still not in keeping with the hotel ,expensive mediocre food ,great views but one is there for both, maybe Marriot should consider getting a real celebrity chef to take over all the restaurants!

Room Tip: all rooms good ,but facing the river would be nice.

We booked bed and breakfast for one night only. The entrance reception area is breathtakingly luxurious. On arrival we were escorted to the beautiful Reading Room and checked in, shown to our room and any questions we had were answered. Our room 319 was amazing, gowns and slippers as expected but no tea and coffee making facilities. This was fine for us however some people might expect this. After unpacking we made our way to the leisure and pool area, the girls there were most helpful and showed us around the facilities. We were alone in the pool and the sauna and steam room! Total bliss! We ate in Kaspar's from the pre theatre menu, £26 for 3 courses, returned for a cocktail in the American Bar and ate breakfast in the Thames Foyer. The staff were all helpful and friendly and we felt very comfortable here. The hotel oozes class and is a very exciting place to be. The paparazzi were outside awaiting someone as we left. We loved The Savoy and the experience of staying here. We didn't want to leave and would return tomorrow, bringing all the family and stay for a month..............if only!

From the moment we entered to the moment we sadly had to leave we felt like royalty. Life changes when you walk through those doors. One's whole being is filled with excitement and anticipation.
Every member of staff we spoke to were polite, extremely helpful, warm, friendly and attentive. We had an amazing room with a beautiful view of the Thames and London Eye.
The staff had already taken into consideration that it was my partners 40th birthday, he was greeted with birthday wishes when we checked in (check in was a lovely experience), we were shown to our room, after 5 minutes of being there, there was a knock at the door and again he was greeted with "Happy Birthday" and presented with 2 gorgeous little cakes.
We were in walking distance from Covent Gardens! London Dungeons and Madam Tussauds (although Madam Tussauds was a bit of a walk!) the concierge was more than happy to supply a map with directions.

Thank you to The Savoy for a unforgettable experience, your staff are a credit to you and we can't wait to come back... We have been spoilt.
