If you are a Beatles fan then you will love touring London with Richard P! My family had the pleasure of joining Richard on the Beatles "In My Life" walk and enjoyed every moment. The tour is very informative and hits many great spots such as John and Yoko's home, film locations for Beatles movies, and ends at Abbey Road. Richard is knowledgeable, projects well so you can hear every word he says, and takes great care to make sure the tour stays safe and together when walking down the streets of London. I want to go back to London just to experience more tours with this company!

We have been on most of the walks London Walks offer and enjoyed every one of them. The concept is great - no booking in advance, just turn up at the allotted underground station at the specified time. The walks take around 2-2.5 hours and each has its own guide. The one we did this time was The Beatles Magical Mystery Tour and it was excellent as usual. Well worth the £10 (or £8 for an OAP or student).

We have taken tours with London Walks several times, in different occasions (2014, 2015, and now in October 2017). Different tours, different guides. All were differently good. In general, taking such guided tours is a good way to get to know cities like London, but this specific company does it very well indeed. The last two tours we took in October (Classic Westminster and the National Gallery) were also very interesting, well balanced with facts, anecdotes, and humor. The price (10 P per person) represents a good value. We shall be back.

Did this on October 9th with wonderful guide, Stephen Noonan, who brought the walk alive with his fabulous knowledge and obvious love of Dickens & Shakespeare. He made us laugh, ponder, walk fast, and be entertained with wonderful renditions from both writers. Was great to have an actor doing the guiding! Loved learning interesting facts about both their lives, and their characters via places on the trail. Stephen doesn't go far around the St Paul's area, but covers a lot of ground. He gave generously of both himself and his time, extending to almost 3 hours, not 2. Highly recommended whether you read literature or not.

I took the London welcome and Westminster Abbey tours. The price is certainly right, and they are a good, if a little superficial, introduction. I found the Westminster Abbey tour a little "talky" for my taste. I would rather look than listen. No real complaints, though. I would recommend them.
