used to stay in many Four Seasons around the world, saw the good ones and the average ones but this one.....EXEPTIONAL.

the hotel finishes is beyond any four seasons I ever stayed in, the lobby is small but modern and cozy with a beautiful fire place.

check in was very efficient, they have two type of regular rooms, superior and deluxe.. I stayed in Deluxe which was around 35 sqm and have saw the superior which is a bit smaller and has no bath tub! who use bath tub these days anyway? i would next time stay in the superior its cheaper by 100 pound.

you want to go somewhere around the hotel? no problem.. they will offer you the house Rolls-Royce!

expensive? yes but worth every pound paid

Room Tip: if you dont use a bath tub, go for the superior room almost same as deluxe but without the bath tub

Four Seasons Park Lane is simply fantastic. The room was small, but beautiful. The service was exceptional. The restaurant is fantastic. The lobby is the perfect place for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is both central to all London has to offer while also located in a quiet area. I can't wait for my next visit.

The highlight of the stay was asking the doorman for a taxi and being offered the house Rolls-Royce instead.

There was some mold on a berry in my breakfast at the restaurant....but I suppose nothing is perfect.

Wow, from the moment you walk in you are pampered . The staff here know how to treat their guest, from the doormen, front desk, housekeeping, room service, everyone is so professional . They go above and beyond. Service is very important and they know how to do it well. The room here are very nice , expensive but worth the price.

We had a great stay, we loved the hotel's ambiance. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to the Hyde park and the metro station. Nice Cafes and restaurants close by the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and kind. The rooms are elegant. Room service is very fast and the food is great.

Lovely hotel. I had a rather small Deluxe room. Reminded me more of a Hong Kong hotel than one in London - super modern, high gloss, built in cabinetry, tight but well designed. The service was superb. However, room service was disappointing. I had a mediocre, half cold hamburger for 25 pounds. The Italian restaurant in the the lobby was first rate.

Stayed here for 3 nights just before Christmas 2013. Can't recommend it highly enough. Every interaction with staff was positive. Stands up to any other 5 star I have stayed in. Decor of the hotel is beautiful - a very sleek and modern look. Tried room service and food arrived, as promised, in 15 minutes. Most hotels make you wait 30-40 minutes for room service. Fantastic location in Park Lane. Stayed at its neighbour, the Intercontinental, a few months prior, and it pales in comparison to this place. It's pricey, yes, but if you can afford the splurge and typically enjoy 5 star hotels, this place is worth it.

This is an impressive hotel. The lobby is modern elegance and the adjacent bar is quite lovely and good. The rooms were small but quit impressive. Although the room was a double it seemed more suited for a single. The fitting and decor were both high quality. The staff was super nice. I brought my small dog and he was very welcomed by all. Hyde Park is next door for a jog or a walk. The restaurant was exceptional and I ended up ther two nights. This hotel is modern and stylish. It is a contrast to some of older hotels.I am coming back
