“simply wonderful!”
Reviewed 23 August 2014

It took us AGES to find this play park. It is in Kensington Gardens, NOT Hyde Park. But it was so worth the miles of walking. It has to be one of the lovliest and FREE places we visited in London. It's very interactive and charming - our kids had a great time there. Highly recommended!!! (late afternoon might be the least busy time to visit)

“A must if visiting London with kids”
Reviewed 18 August 2014 via mobile

This playground is excellent, we were visiting London for the weekend.
Our 2 girls aged 7 & 5 loved it, it's all fenced and access via a single gate. No adults without children allowed. You can access the cafe for refreshments, there are picnic tables and there are toilets just inside also.
Big pirate ship with sand around, and a fort style play area also. A small water fountain and some musical areas. We spent a good hour here as we wandered through the park.
It was a sunny Sunday afternoon and very busy, would definitely look to return to let the kids run off steam on our next visit to London.

“A fitting tribute”
Reviewed 17 August 2014

If you are going to London with children under 10 this is a must!

We visited on a particularly sunny day with two children under 5 and though we had to queue to enter (there are limited spaces) it was well worth it.

Once inside you feel yourself transported to a magical land. Situated in the centre is a huge pirate ship which doubles as a climbing frame surrounded by what must surely be the worlds largest sandpit.

There are water-play elements next to it (so spare clothes are advisable for young ones) and behind every hedge there is something new to discover, slides, treetop walkways, musical instruments, tipi's. Basically: bring a pick-nic and stay the day.

What a fitting tribute to Diana as this place is filled with laughter, happy mums and excited children.

“Relaxing Day”
Reviewed 4 August 2014 via mobile

Went to the playground with our little girl and there was a lot for her to see and play around with. It has a great theme to it and is very different to other playgrounds.
