Exceptionally friendly staff & spotlessly clean! This has been the most pleasant stay in London so far & even the locals are really friendly! The services offered are upheld to a great standard & the amenities are good as well! Definitely value for money & I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Found this hotel on TA and decided to give it a try on our last trip to London. The hotel is great with friendly and attentive staff. The decor in the rooms are modern and the hotel feels new and stylish, especially compared to many other hotels in London. The tube is 2 min easy walk and it will take you about 25 min in to central London. Can also recommend hopping off the tube in Hampstead a nice village in the Northern part of London and only a few tube stops from Hendon.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. It is stylishly furnished. The continental breakfasts were extensive and yummy. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The beds were sooooo comfortable and all just 25mins by tube from Leicester Square. We will definitely be going back.

Room Tip: The executive rooms are worth paying the few pounds extra as alittle more spacious. However, they are on the front of the hotel and therefore subject to traffic noise. However, having had busy days we found sleep, aided by the most comfortable of beds, easy to achieve!!!

Read the reviews on tripadvisor and booked it for 4 nights on our last trip to London(24028/11/2011).The place stood to all of my exoections and beyond.
Location-2 minutes walk fron yhe Northern line that gets you into the cuty or the westend within 30 minutes without having to change.
Parking-free parking so if you got a car it can be left free of charge for the day if you want to take the tube into town.
Staff-very friendly will do their best to help.
Rooms-we booked the big double room -very modern with a minifridge (including free drinks),a kettle with tea/coffee,fresh apples and bananas. great big bathroom with a BIG shower, sleepres and bathrobe.we had to come back foe an extra night at the end of our trip due to a strike that cancelled our flight-opt a small double room(the only one available)and to my surprise although smaller still with all a great bathroom/shower.
Breakfast-we keep kosher and they got out of their way to get us a verl lavish kosher products to match the big breakfast they serve.
In conclusion -no better place to stay if you are willing to be within a short tube ride ti the center of London. Will difinetly come back

Room Tip: Front rooms a bit noisy, try for the back ones

We stayed for a night on 9th December 2011.

The Hide is in Hendon, and it took us about 25 minutes using the Tube to get to Victoria (central London) and the Apollo Theatre.

The great things about the hotel are:

1. Free parking! Not often heard of in London AND they let us keep the car there all day on the Saturday for nothing so we could go back into London. That was great, we have never been offered this by any hotel before.

2. Welcome. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5 for them.

3. Great breakfast, as good as any we have had anywhere, in the UK, Europe, the US.

4. A nice stylish bedroom. Modern, clean lines, a boutique hotel.

We haven't given it 5 points because of two issues.

1. Hendon Way is a very busy road and the hotel is right next to it. Not good for a nights sleep in our road facing room - other rooms might be better, of course, but the noise from the traffic all night was a tiresome.

2. There is no gap between the room door and the bed - as there is often in hotel rooms with the bathroom in between. The upshot is that all the noise of guests coming and going, lots of them coming back from a late night, along the corridor, woke us up.

If you're not bothered by the road or the noise in the corridor, then the Hide is a fantastic hotel for driving to and then tubing into London for a day out.

We would definitely stay there again but probably ask for a room that doesn't face the road.

Room Tip: Ask if they have a room not facing the main road.
