Every brand, franchise and retail is right there. A 'one-stop shop-all street'. Busy with buses and pedestrians at all times, best to go there at office hours and non-sale periods. Got all my pride possessions from here.

So happy that we went to visit the Halcyon Gallery on New Bond Street to view the fabulous Chihuli exhibit.

If we hadn't we would have missed Bond Street altogether. But what a shopping mecca. For a lover of watches, as I am, this place is a dream packed with watches from Rolex and Omega to Hublot and Patek. Jewelery from the likes of Harry Winston and Cartier, Bvlgari and Debeers just to name a few.

And the architecture of the area, packed with cafes, pubs and the like.

What a treat!

I was very excited about to go there, because of Victorias secret of course and it was what Ive expected. Shopping street, filled with people crazy about shopping. Like every shopping street around the world. But when you are in London first time, you have to go!

Another of London's famous shopping streets, Bond Street runs North South through Mayfair intersecting the equally famous Oxford Street.

Where nearby Oxford Street and Regent Street offer more midrange shopping, Bond Street is where you go for high-end and designer names like Armani, Dolci & Gabanna, Gucci, Tiffany & Co and other luxury brand name shops.

The world famous auction house, Sotherby's is found on Bond street as well. Not surprising, some of the world's most expensive real estate is found here.

Overall, most visitors will likely find shops on Oxford and Regent Street more accessible compared to the expensive array of shops that line Bond Street. High-end shoppers will be right at home.
