I went to this gallery with my daughter who wanted to go. I was only mildly interested, but it was a wonderful experience. I am so glad we shared it. It has magnificent portraits of important people in England's history. It even had a level dedicated to Vivien Leigh who I knew little about except for "Gone with the Wind." The BP Portrait Award 2014 display is fabulous - such a display of talent. Being a teacher, I was so impressed with the dedication shown to helping young people develop their artistic talents. The most amazing thing is that this impressive museum is all free.
