I ordered a pipe and tobacco pouch, which was delivered quite fast. Unfortunately the model was not the one I had ordered! They immediately acknoledged the mistake and offered me a new one at no extra cost (and even refunded the cost of shipment of the first despatch to balance the costs I incurred in to return the wrong pouch). Then they found out that they did not have the correct pouch in stock, so they managed to order one from their supplier, and as soon as they received it they despatched it to me, this time through a courrier instead of using the mail, so I actually got my pouch tI ordhe next day. And most of all, they kept me updated at every step treating me as a friend rtaher than a customer.
Now I can't wait for my next trip to London when I will find the time for a visit to them.

This unique cigar store is a must see stop for cigar smoker. The downstairs is home to a cigar museum, the upstairs is a smoking lounge and the main floor is the shop and humidor. The sales staff is very knowledgable on all the cigars in their inventory and is very good with cigar recommendations. The museum is an interesting look in the history of London and it's famous cigar smokers. The cigar lounge offers coffee and reading material while sampling a cigar purchased from the humidor.

My first visit was in April of 2012 and I have been back a couple more times since then

I visited Robert Lewis in hopes of obtaining a certain Peterson Pipe (many were on their website). Peterson makes a moderately priced, but quite nice pipe. The three staff in the shop seemed astonished (even aghast) that I even asked for a Peterson. They looked at each other, said they never carried them, and suggested Harrods. I was left with the impression that they couldn't care less about selling their wares.
