This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of covent garden. The service was excellent, nice breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the rooms tidy. The area has a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Oh and the soap and bodylotion smelled amazing (I took a couple with me back home) !!!

We loved everything about this hotel, from the magnificent rooms to the amazing service and the great location. The rooms were huge & really classy. The staff made you feel like royalty & the service was the best ever. Overseas flight & we got to check in early. Walking distance to theater area.

This is a favourite hotel in a favoured part of London. It's very understated but is beautifully appointed and full of character. The rooms are triple glazed which means it feels like you're in the middle of the countryside. The bathrooms and beds are sumptuous and the service is absolutely impeccable. Covent Garden has so much to offer and the hotel sources fabulous produce from the best retailers, offering fabulous meals and afternoon teas, breakfasts to remember with a find glow and an experience to treasure. I urge you to choose this little gem over most of the larger, flashier names. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Covent Garden, with well appointed rooms and sumptuous bathrooms. Triple glazing means there is no street noise, and the air conditioning works well. Room service was well presented and delicious, and staff were universally friendly. Breakfast, served in the Brasserie, was a little less successful. Tables are crammed together, waiting times for service disappointingly long, and the eventual food of an uneven standard - my wife's pancakes were charred and dry, my eggs Benedict under-cooked. Rather a dampener on our anniversary stay - one would hope for a little more consistency in the offering, having in mind the tariff for this establishment.

I adore this hotel. We have been coming here for over twenty years and the Covent Garden Hotel still remains, romantic, historical, well located yet intimate and personalized. Hat's off to Kit Kemp & her team.
Upon welcome the hotel staff could not be more helpful: from the smile when bringing you a fresh cappuccino, to acquiring reservations of the best dim sum in Soho with the assistance of their magical concierges, whilst sipping the craft cocktails served by the ever attentive bar staff.
The rooms are carefully thought out one by one, combining unique design, fragrance and art that make each atmosphere unique.
Among the details: luxury amenities, breakfast prepared a la carte individually and served where you want.
I wouldn't choose any other location: This is a hidden gem - you could walk past it and not even realize it, yet it is centrally located at Seven Dials in the heart of the West End.
This is not a glitzy large brash hotel but a special, intimate, utterly unique and understated experience.
The Covent Garden Hotel (and manager) made the last 3 days of our honeymoon unforgettable. We were upgraded (unbeknown and or expected) to the delightful Loft Suite, for which we were so incredibly grateful after ten days of constant disappointment from a luxury cruise that tout's itself to be "The World's most Luxurious Cruise Boat".
Thank you for turning our Honeymoon around. We are so grateful.
Looking forward to next time.

Room tip: Rooms that face Monmouth Street tend to be quieter than rooms that face Shaftesbury Ave which is a main thoroughfare.
