Been to London heaps and never really seen this part. Walked along a bit of the canal but this was lovely. Really forget you’re in a big capital city here yet it’s so close to everything- especially Paddington. Easy walk from the station. There are a good number of bars and restaurants both on shore a also some floating ones to chose from. Was quite quiet mid week during the pay but can imagine it gets quite busy on a sunny weekend day.
Well worth a trip to take a breather from the hectic Capital.

I took the tube to Paddington Station and from there just walk right into the Little Venice, very easy to find. It was lovely to stroll along the canal especially in such fine September weather. There are many food options at Paddington Central and also boat cafes. Lovely place in the heart of London.

We stayed at the Colonnade hotel several blocks away from Little Venice. (Alan Turing was born where the Colonnade hotel now stands.) This was a very wonderful neighborhood for walking and exploring, looking at swans, ducks, and the beautiful canal and canal boats, and just feeling secluded from the rush of the big city. We will definitely stay here again. Little Venice is really very beautiful.

We first stumbled upon little Venice last winter and vowed to return in the summer...
Well a fine sunny September Sunday we walked the regents canal from kings cross to little Venice.... and marvellous it was too! With a great “pit stop” at the Warwick castle pub!
Was going to get a boat ride back to Camden lock, but decided to walk, so pleased we did.
Very pleasant 9 mile walk via primrose hill, fantastic way to spend a Sunday!
