First impression of Reception was encouraging, but room was small, past it's sell-by date and cold.
Small bathroom with shower, only tepid water after 15 minutes running. Dirty crevices here and there..
Both wash basin taps provided water containg black particles, suggesting tap washer were disintegrating.
Dining room was quite impressive except that BACON, EGGS, SAUSAGES TOMATOES, AND BEANS WERE ALL COLD !!! Standfing on Cold -- Hotplates.
Not very hygenic !!
Tea and coffee were served by waiters from communal tea/coffee pots.
Had to ask for individual tea/coffee pots as original supplies were stewed and too strong.
A London hotel that has not heard of EARL GREY TEA!!
Goodbye to The President.
Restaurant staff who were impersonal and could hardly speak understandable english.More
