Very friendly and helpful staff. Room on the top floor found to be quite small but adequate for a short break (3 nights). Plenty of choice for breakfast spent at a leisurely pace. Bus service not far away which took us into heart of London and Theatreland, easy walk to The Eye past Parliament. Will certainly use again on next short break

My friend and I stayed for one night in order to visit Winter Wonderland and Covent Garden. The hotel is in a nice location with the number 24 bus stop a few yards away and a 15 minute walk from Victoria Coach station. This was my third visit and again the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a nice room on the top floor with a great view. Breakfast was ideal, with a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. I will definitely book this hotel again for my next mini-break to London. We were allowed to leave our bags in the luggage room, until it was time for our return coach trip.

Over all we were very satisfied with our room (clean, relatively quiet) and would come back again. The free breakfast offered a decent choice of food and beverages. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very Small rooms, but clean enough, quite noisy with minor repairs needed. Breakfast was a joke... Not enough seating for guests, Cold food if indeed any, of generally poor quality. Selection consisted of beans, scrabbled egg and sausages + own brand cereal, not an exhaustive list but you get the gist. Everything other than food was below the counter In front of people serving themselves resulting in plenty pushing and shoving. Although this was free, in reality nothing is free it's just there is not a room only option anymore. Overall far better hotels available in this area, best avoided.

Pros: Clean room, efficient and friendly staff, good location, quiet room, reasonable breakfast.
Cons: Tiny, tiny rooms. Hard to move around room if more than one occupant trying to get ready. Nowhere to put cases even though luggage stand is provided it is impossible to put it up! No parking and nearest car park is a long walk away.

Overall: Not a patch on the Holiday Inn Express Earls Court.

Firstly unless I missed it there is no map on the holiday inn website showing where this hotel is on Belgrave Road..after searching in vain at 10 o'clock at night I rang the hotel front desk. I explained that I was on Belgrave Road and couldn't find them..but no one could help. Arrived finally, exhausted to be greeted by a charming guy who tried to book me into one of their basement rooms, floor 1 being the basement. Staying underground is not something I enjoy and after three attempts I finally got a room with a double bed which was very cell like. There is no double glazing in this hotel and so the traffic from Belgrave road succeeded in keeping me awake for most of the night. Morning and I venture to the shower. Unfortunately I didn't notice in time that the holder for the shower head was cracked and I narrowly missed being hit on the head with the shower head. Wifi is supposed to be unlimited but I could not get it to work in any part of the hotel..making a mockery of the wifi is available everywhere claim.

Breakfast...ok it was free but to be greated by rubbery scrambled eggs beans and eventually sausages dipped in lard burnt black and tasting of sawdust ..all served on a dirty table.. Oh and there was nothing else hot

You wouldn't want to pay for a breakfast like that..unless you were some kind of masocist..

Yes this is budget but I am truely shocked that holiday inn put their name to this location..

Complain to a manager ? I was told that the general manager was not in this week nor was any other manager....staff were friendly enough but didn't seem able to deal with anything

Yes this is a budget location but at 140 pounds I foolishly expected better... Can't see how anyone can give this hotel 4 stars ..unless their expectations of hotel standards are generally poor.

I have stayed in far cheaper nice travel lodges in London.
