“Unbelievable value and quality!”
Reviewed 11 November 2013

Just finished a 4-night stay at The Nadler Kensington and had a wonderful experience! This was a first trip to London for my husband and me, and I really had no frame of reference when I booked reservations back in May. Somehow I found this gem of a hotel tucked into a very safe and convenient part of the city. It had everything we wanted in a vacation hotel: extremely clean, green features to save energy, a responsive front desk staff who orchestrated our sightseeing and provided recommendations on great restaurants with discount vouchers, and only a 1 1/2 block walk to Earl 's Court Underground Station. Stefania was the person we communicated with most often, and she couldn't have been more helpful; a really lovely person. We took the breakfast option and every morning a delicious meal of juice, yogurt, cereal, and choice of pastry or breakfast sandwich was delivered to our room from a local restaurant/bakery. A GREAT way to start our day! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to London for vacation, and will certainly stay there again if I ever get back there from our home in the US.

Room Tip: Hotel was so quiet that I believe any room would be equally good.

Hi cd2rn, thanks for your very flattering review. I am sure Stefania has already read your comments and is smiling behind her desk! I am also very happy that you have highlighted our green features, as we believe this is an increasingly important part of our offer, which sits at the core of our sustainable concept, together with value as part of economic sustainability, and working with local restaurants and cafes as part of social sustainability (glad also you enjoyed the discounts). We hope to see you back soon for another great London experience.

The Nadler is an extremely charming hotel, only a short distance from the tube station earl's court away. We left our luggage at 9 am with the very friendly and helpful reception staff and at our return at 4 pm it was already in our room. We liked the area around earl's court a lot, with the nandoo Restaurant, a Starbucks and many more places to eat nearby.
The room was clean, modern and a good size for 2 people.
The only critique is that the hotel is a little hard to recognise as a hotel, because the nameplate is placed on the front door.
We definitely will be back!

Hi Brigitta, thanks for your lovely feedback and I am happy you enjoyed our hotel, its location as well as our friendly and professional staff. We hope you took advantage of our exclusive discount vouchers at many of the lovely local cafes and restaurants around us. Thanks also for your constructive critique. The hotel is located within a conservation area and the local authority are extremely strict on the provision of signs, so our hotel signage is at the full extent allowed under the Courtfield Conservation Area planning consents. We look forward to seeing you back soon.

The staff are most helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel is very clean and modern and surprisingly very quiet. The twin room we had was spacious, large shower, the beds very comfortable and a compact kitchen with all the items we needed, coffee maker was FAB! and as much coffee tea etc. as you can drink.
Big TV and Wi-Fi.
Less than 5 minutes from the underground station. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
Vouchers for discount at the restaurants... from the hotel.
The breakfast in a box was fine but no chose of juice.
Good value for money. We would stay there again.

Hi Cally, I am happy to hear that you had a great time at our hotel. Regarding the breakfast juice, please do let us know on your next visit and we will be sure to accommodate your request. I can see 2 stars under the location, so in case you were thinking of something even more centrally located, take a look at our newly opened hotel in Soho, The Nadler Soho, right in the heart of London. Hope to see you soon in either one of our London hotels.

I have spent ine night here during the WTM 2013 and I have been really impress about the hotel and the staff.
It takes me less than five minutes walking to get the hotel, decorated with a modern and fancy style it surprises me a lot. The rooms are very spacious and confortable, with a big tv, complete bathroom and a small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and all you can need.
Also the staff are really gorgeous, specially an italian girl that helps me a lot in everything I need, speaking a very fluent and good spanish.
Just five minutes walking you can find a lot of places to eat something, english pubs, thai, indian, sirian, italian restaurants and fast food options too. Furthermore the hotel has negotiated some disccounts that you need to request on the reception.
Really is a very good option to stay in London, it's not located in the downtown but it's not so far and very good communicated by tube or bus.
It worths to stay here!

This is my third stay at this hotel and I was as pleased with it on this visit as I have been in the past. I think the staff really make this place one of the best. Youthful and VERY friendly; willing to help with anything.
The rooms are a good size (for London and the price you pay) and the convenience of having a small fridge and microwave are worth every penny you pay.
The room we had was very clean and faced the back of the hotel, so was very quiet. The bathroom quite large.
There is now breakfast (corn flakes, milk, juice and bread of your choice) delivered between 7:30 and 8:30, or you can nip over to Sainsbury's (two blocks away) and pick up whatever you need.
The tube is a block away and direct to Heathrow and the West end.
Really, unless you are looking for luxury (which we were on the return of the trip and stayed at the Montague on the Gardens - a waste of money) you won't be disappointed here.

Hi AmberK, thanks for staying with us for the third time, as well as for your positive review. Our staff is always very attentive, professional and friendly and we are very fortunate to have such a super team. Many guests define us as the perfect combination of luxury and affordability. So whilst we aim to keep our quality to the highest standards, the affordability of our concept is provided not only by our prices but also by our flexible facilities such as the free Wi-Fi, and kitchenette, and discounts at local restaurants. We look forward to your 4th stay and hopefully a 5* review!
