Inedible fish and very poor service in restaurant. Understaffed and no idea how to deal with unhappy customers.

Was after a cheap hotel in central London close to the tube so we could get about and stumbled across an offer at this hotel. which made it an even better stay. It was easy to find (although the map on the website is slightly off), the staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable.

Exactly what you would expect from a Premier in
Clean rooms
comfortable beds
Excellent breakfast
Brilliant waiting staff.
Good location for exhibition centre and good tube access
The only problems we had was that the air con was quite noisy and the self check in computer could not find my booking. I was then asked by the reception staff in an abrupt manner ' Are you sure your in the right hotel?'

Great location close to Earl's Court, Olympia and South Kensington museums. Excellent service at all times, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Usual high standard of accommodation you expect from Premier Inn, with comfy beds, good amenities. Great breakfast (although the restaurant is a little cramped). It is obviously not a five star luxury hotel, but for a family visit to London it is perfect - great value for the price. Will definitely be back.

If one was a bit of a cynic then the natural reaction to a well known personality such as Lenny Henry acting as the promo man for Premier Inns -one would automaticlly assume he was doing so only because he was a bit short of cash and needed a new garden shed built or laminate flooring laid in the kitchen and ads pay good money. So- being told that there was no room at my requested 'Inn' during a business trip to London in September due to bank holiday and everything being over booked I was directed to the PREMIER INN.
Big surprise, it was welcoming without being ingratiating, young keen staff willing to help with any queries, and all smiling - the room was pristine, and the bed excellent, no noise, great breakfast and hugely comfortable all round. So much so I want to say a big thank you to the staff who helped make my stay so comfortable and hassle free. There was Christine the reception team leader and Giedrius, then the happy chappie in housekeeping Robert also thanks to inga, Edita, and Ralitsa the assistant Housekeeping manager- great staff well trained..... my only complaint well- please dont ask every time someone comes down to the breakfast if they had been before then when they say no -they are immediately talked to in a very very loud voice about what a breakfast consists of- its there for folk to see with their own eyes so a liitle quiter please its morning after all and I do know the difference between a cooked breakfast and continental one. Other than that it was a place that fitted the bill as I was doing business in Knightsbridge and travel to and from was easy. Hopefully Premier In will hold on to this team as they seem to be doing things right.

Room Tip: try and get one overlooking the back garden nice trees and very relaxing and away from the lift area.
