We just spent 4 nights a group of 7 families 26pax children between the ages of 7 to 14. Value for money for London, location and staff - perfect! Breakfast amazingly good to the point that they even soya milk for kids that cannot tolerate normal milk! Rooms spacious, practical and comfortable! No noise, It was a real pleasure to stay at this budget hotel! I am travelling all year across the world for business and many times much higher rated hotels do not offer such amenities! I am certain that any future trips to the UK I will first consider the Premier Inn!

I stayed here with my daughter, as we were attending a function at The Olympia. It was easily accessible to the town and station. (only a ten minute walk) Very clean and refreshed, very tidy and modern. Not badly priced for location. Room was clean and very welcoming. Bit dissapointed that we only had 2 tea bags for an overnight stay, but obliging when asked for more.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: rooms that don't overlook the road are quieter

We stayed here because it had such a good review on Tripadvisor and the price was very right for the location. We weren't disappointed: value for money and 2 minutes away from a great entertainment area. We will stay again

Room Tip: Request a room at the back-it's on a very busy road

We had a fantastic experience at the Premier Inn. The food was great, the staff were great and the location was very convenient to the tube and great restaurants along Earls Court Road. It is a really nice no frills hotel which provided everything we needed at an incredibly good price for London.

They looked after our luggage the morning we arrived on an early morning flight and on our last day for free. We returned late in the afternoon exhausted and very pleased to accept the 21 GBP for dinner and breakfast offer. Dinner was basic pub food, really nice and large servings. Breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip (15 hotels). Serve yourself as much as you can eat: great espresso coffee, bacon, sausages, eggs, toast, muesli, muffins, fruit, orange juice etc, etc. It was hot, perfectly prepared and nicely presented. Great service. We had pizza from the Hotel Restaurant one night and it was very nice for 7GBP.

The room was huge, newly renovated, desk, wardrobe and luggage space. I don’t know if we were just lucky or not but it was 4m x 6m plus space for an entry. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. Everything was very clean, the linen was great, the towels were thick and the bed was comfortable. There was no road noise (we had asked for a room that was no overlooking the road). We had the window open as the airconditioning fan was a bit noisy at night. We couldn’t hear any noise from above or next door.

We tried to use the computer in reception but couldn’t use the sites I wanted to because it didn’t allow popups. So we had to pay extra for wifi. It is very annoying that London is one of the very few places we stayed in that charged extra for wifi, but Premier Inn isn’t the only Hotel in London that does this. You can buy it by the ½ hr or the hr. I couldn’t get Starbuck’s free wifi to work on either my laptop or iphone, despite help from the starbucks staff, which was annoying.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the road for a quiet one.

My wife and I enjoyed a great stay at this hotel. The staff were great, young and enthusiastic and the whole hotel had a great feel of customer service and attention to detail. The rooms were modern, well apointed and VERY clean, breakfast was especially GOOD..!
I would highly recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Try and avoid basement rooms if you want to use the stairs as serveral connecting doors need key cards which is a phaff
