I stayed 1 night here for the Chelsea game. The location is very close to the Earl's court. There are lot of restaurants/shops/laundrette on Earl's Court Road. If you are staying London for a long trip and you can visit the self help laundrettes. Restaurants are open pretty late as well. The room is simple and got everything you need. After the Chelsea game it is impossible to into Tube so the walk is about 30 minutes back to the Hotel. The neighborhood is very safe.

If you want an excellent, comfortable, clean hotel to use as a base to see London's sites, stay here. Location is great for the museums and with the tube only 5 minutes walk away you are really within about 20 minutes striking distance of central attractions. Our family room for four people was clean comfortable and quiet. There was just about enough space for us all and our luggage - not cramped but not expansive - but we were only looking for a place to rest our weary heads at night. Our children are in early teens plus we are all very tall. We all slept really well despite being at the front of the hotel close to busy Cromwell Road - very quiet inside and outside. The staff made us all feel really welcome and were genuinely friendly and interested. We experienced no problems at all during our stay but we felt that if we had they would have sorted it out for us. Breakfast was excellent - great start to the day.

The only slight downside was that one of the single beds was a collapsible metal framed bed without a proper sprung mattress which made it a little uncomfortable.

Room Tip: If you want to make the most of your last day, ask to leave your luggage and bags at the hotel as th...

Excellent location, accommodation and food as normal with Premier, I do not think they can be beaten.
Visited the Museums and London Eye etc., the tourist thing with grand children, excellent access for museums, Underground and all else.

Room Tip: We had lower ground front, no problems, bit of noise from room above but dealt with by staff immedia...

Stayed here for 2 nights, close to Olympia for Dr Who experience. Pretty good room, very clean and tidy. Good selection of coffee/teas in room. Lovely clean bathroom. Sofa bed really uncomfortable for one of my sons but requested an extra quilt for him to lie on top of which was provided, I was made to feel like a bit of a pain in the backside for this though!
Main bed a bit hard for my personal liking, especially when you've walked miles during the day! You get a lot of traffic noise at the front of the hotel so request a quiet room. Really lovely breakfast that you can fill up on, something to please everyone and a great coffee machine. Dinner was of a good standard when it eventually arrived. Front of house staff in restaurant good and helpful but let down by huge delays in the kitchen. We had our meal on the house due to having to wait and hour and 15 minutes for a pizza while our children ate their dinner and pudding!
Short walk to tube station and lots of eateries and shops around the area. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front get lots of traffic noise

We stayed here in October 2011 for 4 nights. Convenient on Tube from Paddington using District Line. 15 minutes walk (or 2 Tube stops) from Natural History / Science / V&A Museums. 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court Tube station, which gives great access to other tourist sights (London Eye / Westminster area / west end / Covent Garden etc). Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is on a busy main road, but we were lucky to get a rear facing family room on the top (third) floor. We only used the restaurant once, taking advantage of the local restaurants and cafes for lunch / dinner and the Sainsbury Local for breakfast ... although the room had no fridge so we hung the milk out of the window in a plastic bag overnight to keep it cool !

Room Tip: Hotel on busy main road so ask for a rear facing room.

Excellent location for visiting Stamford Bridge and sightseeing around London.Tube station is less than 5 minute walk away. Plenty eateries nearby. Double bed amazing. Boys not so enthusiastic about the single beds though especially the camp bed but it was only for 2 nights so it was fine. Breakfast great too. All you can eat and plenty of tea & coffee too. Would definately recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Room Tip: Although I've selected average for kids activities I didn't actually see any, but I wasn'...
