Premier Inn London Kensington (Olympia) Hotel

We stayed in this Premier Inn, because of it's good location on the Picadilly Line, and the value for your money. Being in London we had a extremely large room, which is rather exceptional. It is not the Savoy, but if you just need a decent and quiet sleep in a nice room, this hotel does the trick!

We arrived on the afternoon of World Tennis Day at Earls Court, the staff were exemplary, smiling, courteous and helpful. The breakfast, both choice and quantity was excellent the whole visit was a most pleasant experience

Stayed here as part of a short break to London. Everything you expect from a premier inn so won't bother going into details. To summarise a very clean and spacious room, decent beds and quiet given the hotel is situated on the main road. This is a good base for exploring central London with closeness to Earls Court. I wouldn't bother with breakfast, far cheaper round the corner (e.g. Greggs). Premier inn breakfasts seem more suited to business folk, i.e that you pay for convenience. Service was fantastic. We was greeted by a guy called Anderson. He was very friendly and helpful, and service wise far better than i would expect from a 'budget' hotel. Defiantly worthy of best staff member at this particular PI. Overall you can't go wrong with this hotel

Excellent customer service throughout, staff appear happy & keen to help whenever possible. Hotel is a reasonably short distance from Earls Court tube, across from a busy road/junction. Good quality breakfast, kids running around the buffet unsupervised made it a tricky experience, but this was the parents fault, not the hotel.
Usual well equipped room, comfortable bed, powerful shower. I had a room at the back, which was very quiet, but much smaller than many Premier Inn rooms I have stayed in, together with an equally small TV.
Good business stopover, would certainly return again.

I stayed here for 2 nights in February on a business trip. The only issue I had was that check-in took so long, even though I was the only person there, because the member of staff was in training and there was some sort of error on the computer. Obviously this wasn't intentional and they were very apologetic, though. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and polite, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was a buffet with loads of choice. I'd recommend for a business trip.

Rarely, if ever, have I stayed in a hotel where all staff had such an excellent attitude to customer service. Consistently friendly and helpful. The other four members of my party were equally inpressed. As always, in my experience, bedroom and bathroom very clean and tidy.

The hotel is a short walk from Earl's Court tube station and close to several restaurants, supermarkets and pubs. A nice safe area and a quick tube ride to most of London's popular tourist attractions. A little bit pricey but would probably stay again if I could find a good deal online. Try to request you don't get an internal room as they are rather dark but this wasn't a huge inconvenience as we spent most of our time out of the hotel!
