Premier Inn never has let me down and it didnt on this occasion. Very close to Earls court - maybe a 5minute walk.

We had a friendly welcome and were able to check-in very easily. The room was very spacious. The only thing that let it down, was the fact that we were expecting 2 single beds (twin room) and we had a double and a sofa bed. When two friends are staying together - no one wants to have to sleep on a small sofa bed. It was comfortable but not what we were expecting.

We didnt stay for breakfast, as I do feel it is quite pricey, especially if you are not wanting to have a big cooked breakfast. I am not prepared to pay £8 for yoghurt and fruit.

We were attending an event at the royal albert hall which was about a 10minute walk away. Very easy to get to.

I stayed there with a group of 44 primary school students from 14 to 17 March. The place is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Great variety for breakfast. One student forgot his iPhone and we were able to get it back. The location it great, too, close to Earl's Court, with a large Tesco supermarket nearby and plenty of eateries and shops.

Couldn't be more satisfied with the whole arrangement. Would definitely recommend it.

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor seem to be quieter,

The customers service in this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff just fell short (luckily) of being "too much". The breakfasts were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of rooms was good. Sadly for this hotel, which is the first poor experience of a Premier Inn, the beds were less than comfortable and and the noise from the room above was appalling (only an issue in one of the three rooms we booked). That said, I and the friends I travelled with will give them another try because they are such good value for money. They also seem to be customer focussed so I left in no doubt that they would address the noise issue. If you're booking this hotel, would suggest asking for a room on the top floor as noise between rooms side by side doesn't seem to be an issue, just from rooms above.

Excellent, will definitely use this hotel again. We were made to feel very special and secure in an unknown environment. We have completed a survey. Everything that is marketed about Premier Inn is true

great hotel and despite being on a main road in the middle of London, the sound permeating the rooms was nil.
Although our room was a little small, it contained all the facilities we have come to expect from a Premier Inn. It was comfortable and warm.
Because the building is a joining together of several and is of late Victorian design, there are little corridors and small flights of steps to negotiate to get to your room. Well signed though so no getting lost.
I reported a broken electrical socket but asked not to be moved as a result. The staff reported to me the next morning that it was already in hand and would be repaired after our departure.
Out TV didn't work at first. Down to reception and the young man that came to sort it out found a loose connection on the rear of the TV. Another Health & Safety issue perhaps.
We attended the Ideal home Exhibition amongst other things, and this hotel is within walking distance of Earls Court underground station
