“Room is a room, but staff makes the difference”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2014 via mobile

We had a 5-day stay at the hotel and enjoyed its location, cleanliness, good breakfasts and absolutely great and joyful staff that always went the distance to make us feel great about our stay. Hotel's service staff truly made the difference and cause us to come back whenever in London again.

This hotel is well placed for Earl's Court tube station, the Natural History Museum, V and A and Harrods. There is also a large Sainsburys around 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is situated in a lovely part of London. I felt very safe walking back from the tube to my hotel at around 11pm at night.

The room I stayed in (a triple room) was not extravagant but contain all the amenities necessary, such as a tv, hairdryer, en suite. The room was very clean and tidy.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On the day we checked out we were kindly allowed to leave our bags with the hotel past 2pm whilst we did touristy things. Staff also kindly ordered us a taxi to the railway station at a pre-booked price of £17.

The only downside to me was the all you can eat breakfast. The breakfast itself was fine and there was a lot of variety. However I would have liked there to be an option where you can order from the menu or if they insist on all you can eat, then it should be cheaper than £9.95. I ate as much as I could during breakfast and I would say a fair price would be £6.

We stayed here 5 nights. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from Earl's Court station, along the Piccadilly Line directly from Heathrow Airport. Travelling to the city centre couldn't be any easier; it's just a few stops away on the District Line.
Within the vicinity of Earl's Court station were varieties of restaurants and fast-foods, and a 24hr groceries.

We booked the hotel and pre-paid more than 2 months ahead and were fortunate to get very good rates. Check in was really easy and fast using the automated machine. Staffs were cheerful and very helpful with travel advises.

We had a twin room on the ground floor facing inwards, so was pretty quiet. Room was clean, with amenities as expected of a better budget hotel. Beds were also comfortable.
Alas, we did not have to activate the refund under their "Good Night Sleep" policy! But on a serious note, after having stayed in Premier Inns in a total of 4 different locations during our we UK tour, we were quite satisfied with their standards and consistency and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We hope future improvement could include a small fridge and unlimited wifi. There was also no laundry facilities within all their hotel chain, a great inconvenience for longer stay.

For those who are looking for a good hotel on a budget, just remember to book this hotel chain early to get really good deals!

Very friendly & helpful staff but there is now no alternative for breakfast apart from the £10 "eat all you want. No continental and, very surprisingly, no "Grab & Go" Is this the same for all Premier Inns now because if so, it will put us off going after many years of it being our first choice of hotel.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for taking your time to complete the trip adviser review.
I am pleased to hear you found our hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Regarding the breakfast options most London sites no longer offer continental or grab and go breakfast but many other Premier Inn hotels still do. It all depends on the location of the hotel.

If you would like to discuss this any further please do not hesitate to contact me on 08715278668.

Just got back from a week's stay at this place, while meeting our daughter who was studying there. London hotels are EXPENSIVE. This place was not QUITE as expensive! The staff there was excellent, going out of their way to help us find our daughter when our phones wouldn't work. It's a short walk to the tube and restaurants. In fact, we took the tube from Heathrow and back. We heard NO noise at all when we were in our room. We chose to eat out, so we never tried the restaurant. You get a free half an hour of wifi per phone/computer/tablet per day...when we needed more than that, it was 3 pounds per day. But compared to other hotels, that was a good deal for the UK. Our room was small (also typical for UK) but very well appointed, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
