Stayed here with husband and 10 year old daughter. Daughter loved the kids games pack. We loved the huge room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ate in the restaurant one night. Food was very cheap and very good - would certainly eat there again. Lots of other eating options around Earls Court tube station (five minutes walk from hotel). Italian, Indian etc and McDonalds - we ate in three different places all reasonably priced.
Tip for walking from tube station to hotel - turn left out of tube station, walk up to near top of the road and cross at crossing to opposite side of road and then cross over Cromwell Road and then go left and cross again.

Worrying aspect of hotel - key cards did not work in downstairs doors which as well as acting as fire doors were emergency exits. Reported this problem several times but problem was not fixed. We were in a basement room so could have escaped in an emergency but were surprised at this basic lack of safety.

Hotel is very handy for Tesco's -two minute walk along the road.

Hotel was spotlessly clean - full marks to housekeeping.

Reception staff were the friendliest I've come acrross in a long time.

Will definitely stay at this hotel again. Couldn't believe how quiet it was for central London.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights in October 2009. Our room was lovely and spacious with plenty of storage space. We were right at the back of the hotel and it was nice and quiet. The hotel has a quiet room policy and it definately was quiet! The staff were very friendly, couldnt have done anything more. The only complaint would be that the food was a bit slow the one night we ate there. Very handy for Earls court Underground and there are a number of eating places and coffee shops on the way to the station. There is also a Sainsburys and a Tesco nearby. We stopped in the Sainsburys each night on the way home to buy food for breakfast.

Would definately recommend this hotel and would have no doubts about staying there again.

Just returned from a 1-night stay here - we booked in after having a terrible night at a different place. You know what you're going to get at a Premier Inn - clean, modern, comfortable, warm, welcoming, and a decent price for a London hotel. We had a family room, the place is a little like a rabbit warren (!) but the room was spacious and very comfortable and quiet. We paid extra for breakfast which is probably worth doing, I like something to eat as soon as I get up on a morning - although the restaurant was quite small and filled up quickly, a queue eventually formed of people waiting for tables. The hotel is very convenient for the tube, about 5-10 mins walk from Earls Court station. On the walk to and from the tube, there are plenty of places to eat, little shops, etc. Can recommend Bench'o on Earls Court Road for food - lush! Would be very happy to return to this hotel again.

We stayed here with our 5 year old. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Yes we had to use the self service check in but the lovely lady on reception actually did most of it for us.
The room was at the back of the hotel so quiet enough. The whole hotel was spotless. Bed comfy and air conditioning in the room very welcome.
Plenty of choice at breakfast. The restaurant isn't huge but tables became free often enough that no one was waiting for more than 5 minutes for one.

Good location, cheap, clean and spacious room, helpfull staff.

The hotel is situated just 5 min walk from the Earls Cort Tube station. It is easy to get arround in London from this station.
The rooms were clean and very spacious compared to other London hotels. God beds and a little flatscreen tv in the room made it even better.
The only thing i have to complain about is the breakfast.
Very little breakfast room, had to wait for a table. The food was ok, but i missed some cheese, ham, boiled eggs etc instead of just the traditional English breakfast.

But other then that it was excellent!
