Great location - Five minutes from Earls Court Tube Station. Take the Picadilly line from Heathrow Airport, head out of the tube station toward Earls Court Road. Cross Earls Court Road and turn left. Walk past KFC, Pub, laundromat. Cross Cromwell Road and turn left - hotel is on right hand side. Easy access via tube and bus to anywhere in London. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores near by. A 15 minute walk to an "Original Bus Tour" stop.

Great family room - A large bed for the parents, and two twin size beds for the kids. Plenty of room for our luggage, large bathroom with shower/bath combo, hairdryer, cable tv, and internet (extra charge, but reasonably priced). Price for room was fantastic!
Clean every day, fresh towels, lots of warm water - could not beat this place for price and services.

Great breakfast - Full English breakfast, reasonably priced for the adults and free for the kids. Lots of delicious choices - something for everyone. My children loved the porridge.

Staff - Fabulous! Everyone from the check-in staff to the breakfast staff (and everyone else too) was kind, thoughtful, and always provided excellent customer service. We were there during the grounding of all planes due to the volcanic ash cloud and the staff helped us extend our room reservation and remained courteous, even when other customers became cranky and grumpy due to the plane situation.

Other folks have mentioned street noise and this is true. The hotel is on a main road but when both sets of windows are closed you really can't hear that much. Turn on the A/C and you can't hear anything. You can always request a room on the back of the hotel.

Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff were all very helpful and courteous nothing was a trouble to them.
Our room was very clean and spacious, we were in a room on the lower ground floor, which initially I didn't really like the idea, but was pleasantly surprised as it was quiet and overlooked a grassed area to the rear of the hotel.
We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel, which had a good variety and standard and again excellent staff service.
The hotel location is excellent, close to Earls Court tube station and walking distance to Knightsbridge. I would definately stay her again.

I stayed at Premier inn during my trip to United Kington and I was very satisfied to the hotel.
Price, cleanliness, food, location and specialy sataff attention was great. we had a problem with the air company, and our luggage was missed for 3 days. The whole satff helped us to solve the problem, making phone call and realy helped a lot.
I stayed at Premier inn at York, Edinburgh and liverpool too, all were great, but this was the best. I also stayes at travelodge in London and Premier inn was much better.

I booked this hotel after much searching on the web. We attended concert in the royal albert hall and was a perfect location .Staff were very friendly and service orientated . A payment issue we had was resolved in seconds by staff on our arrival.
The hotel is very clean , modern and funtional .Swipe cards to all floors and lift .Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean as was the Bathroom .Perfect shower pressure.Breakfast is good .Tried the evening meal and it was bland and I guess microwaved .Much better value to be had by dining out. One tiny drawback a do not disturb sign was ignored by staff when they tried to service room in afternoon as my partner had a nap ...Overall a good experience .. A shopping centre called Westfield is close by and well worth a visit

First time to stay at a Premier Inn but will stay again the next time we visit. Location was great, 5 minute walk from Earl's Court station. On a busy road but our room was in the back so not bothered by traffic noise. Lots of shops nearby (Sainsburys, M&S, Boots, Tesco). Staff were ok but not great, the two girls trying to check us in early had a bit of an argument while we were waiting & it took ages to get served at the bar as there was usually only one person on duty to take care of everything. Other than that they were grand though. Room was spotless, lovely powerful shower, single glazed windows were the only problem. TV, kettle and hairdryer provided, iron & board on request. Didn't try the food.
