This was definitely one of my favourite attractions we went to. There was a Selfridges, a Primark, a Zara, and a Topshop. It was awesome! I definitely recommend it, but the one downside is that almost everyone in London smokes. I was absolutely shocked on how many people smoked and it was kind of disgusting. Streets are fairly clean. Would visit again.

“Christmas lights in Oxford Street, London”
Reviewed 24 November 2013

London lights up at Christmas. Let’s check out the London's West End taken in the evening when it's really worth visiting the big stores on Oxford Street and Regent Street. And it won't cost you a penny. The lights are switched on in early November of every year. They start from mid-November to mid-January and most stores in the shopping street are open late in the evening and have special events happening throughout the season and I'll definitely go back to see Christmas lights in oxford street, London if I had a vacation here during this seasonal period.

“No visitor to London can miss Oxford Street shopping.”
Reviewed 21 November 2013

How could any visitor to London miss Oxford Street.? I always take time out during my trips to London to go to Oxford Street. Upon leaving the Tube at Oxford Circus I head first to Marks and Spencer where the prices and quality of goods is reasonable. Then off to Gap for things for grandchildren. After there it is on to John Lewis to browse for goods for the home. Great collection of china, glassware , cutlery and table linens etc. Debbenhams, House of Fraser and of course Selfridges are all on the list. Great food hall at Selfridges. After Oxford Street it is essential to then go to Regent Street. Hamleys toy store is like Alladins Cave for a toy lover. Liberty Fabrics is a quite different style upmarket department store and must not be missed. Carnaby Sreet is a mecca for fashion lovers. Plenty of cafes and places to eat when your feet are tired of pounding the pavements.

Perhaps the major shopping thoroughfare in London visited by millions every year. It is kept reasonably tidy and there are shops to suit the majority of tastes.

“Another shopping heaven”
Reviewed 20 November 2013

Another shopping street with its unique features. Especially during night, the street & buildings' lighting is simply marvelous and great pics are guaranteed for a moments of memories in due time.many branded shops around and must visit Hamleys, the oldest toy store in England. This street also intersect Regent Street in somewhere, which is another long shopping street. Happy shopping but make sure have a pair of nice shoes to avoid long walking.
