The hotel is situated in bayswater, a very popular district of London, just 5 minutes walk away from Hyde park.
It is, indeed, nothing special, but for our city trip of 8 days it was okay!
As I know London and its hotels really well, I have to say that I was not disappointed, because the hotel is not too expensive and situated in a central district of London.
You wouldn't get anything better for the same money in bayswater district!
The rooms were quite small but were cleaned every day, all of them had a TV.
The continental breakfast was okay, not too many varieties of food but nicely prepared.
The only thing I have to complain about is, that it war really hot in the room. We came in October (about 17 degrees) and we had to leave the window open for the whole night! And there was no heating turned on! I do not want to imagine what this means in summer!
The other hotel facilities are quite good, it has an escalator, free wifi and you can also book for massage and spa!
Most of the staff was friendly except a woman who worked in the breakfast area.More
