Greeted warmly by the friendly staff at the front desk when arrived. Had booked 2 rooms (a standard room and a suite) as we have 3 of us.The standard room was very small but cosy. The suite was big with a dressing room and nespresso machine. We stayed on 3rd and 6th floor. The suite on 6th floor had good view overlooking London Eye. The room on 3rd floor was abit noisy as we were facing the pub across the lane. Although the view was good, we can also see the interior and activities happening in the apartments opposite very clearly as the proximity was very close.
Breakfast was good and healthy. Although the buffet spread was not very impressive, it was definitely sufficient as we can order ala-carte which was inclusive. What impressed me most was the staff at the restaurant. They made effort to remember what we ordered previously and even where we prefer to sit. They can even remember our room numbers before I could inform them. Kudos to them!
Excellent location! We are 360 surrounded by many many shops, cafes, restaurants and theatres and we can even walk to trafalgar Square and beyond from where we stay and we even walked to Big Ben!More
