This hotel is really top notch, some reviewers have commented on the small rooms but a boutique hotel in London is going to have small rooms - that's London for you! However the difference is that the furnishings, furniture, amenities and linens are second to none. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, stylish and have everything you need.
Location wise - you can't go wrong, right opposite Matilda and in the middle of the fashionable Seven Dials part of Covent Garden.
The staff are the hotels best asset, they are friendly, helpful and courtesy and easily showed up all other hotels I have been in.
Breakfast is served in the adjoining Scoff and Banter restaurant and they serve either freshly made food from a hot menu or you can serve yourself from the continental buffet. If you intend to use the buffet you would be better off heading out into London where it will be much cheaper but if you are having hot food then the quality of food and service from Scoff and Banter is worth it.More
