Wasn't expecting too much, but VERY pleased. Small rooms. but good value and a very good location. Handy to London Bridge station, which is good for trains to S England, and tube station. Also, right next to Borough Markets, Globe, Tate Modern and S Bank attractions. Strongly recommended

On this return visit to the London Bridge Hotel we found ourselves right on the doorstep of The Shard... and we also found that the hotel is very much keeping up with it's new neighbour offering top quality hospitality while maintaining the comfort and friendliness which make this hotel a lovely place to stay in London. As ever, the London Bridge/Borough area is a great location to stay in London, with gems such as The Borough Market, South Bank and the riverbank within minutes walk off the hotel. In addition, the hotel is right beside London Bridge train station thus allowing easy access to all areas of London. For a really pleasant way to explore along The Thames, London Bridge pier is less than 3 minutes walk away, where the commuter boats the Thames Clippers will bring you along the river to many attractions..we went to Greenwich and really enjoyed the trip.
This is a very convenient hotel for anyone coming to London via Luton Airport, as London Bridge train station can be accessed directly from Luton Airport (the Bedford-Brighton train which runs regularly)
Our twin room offered compact but very comfortable accommodation and had everything we needed. The breakfast, which was included in our particular package, was extensive and tasty and served in the very pleasant restaurant. Since our last visit, a new bar has opened in the hotel which is a nice addition. If you like to have a drink or dinner elsewhere we enjoyed All Bar One right beside the hotel and The Bunch of Grapes, just around the corner off Borough High Street.
The staff were as always very friendly and accommodating. The concierge team go out of their way to help.
This particular weekend we had availed of a special offer of three nights for the price of two including breakfast, which gave us outstanding value for money.
Having visited the London Bridge hotel on a few occasions over the last few years, and having seen the progress of The Shard project and London Bridge Quarter development, it is lovely to return to the comfort and home from home of this hotel and see that their hospitality and warmth remains constant. We look forward very much to returning in the future.

Room Tip: If space is a priority go for an executive room

This is the second time we have stayed at this Hotel and it never fails to deliver an excellent level of service. The staff work hard to deliver extremely good customer service. We stayed in an executive King size suite which provided very modern amenities and wifi connection.
The breakfast at the hotel is beautifully presented very fresh and is of a very good standard and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
The hotel is very well situated both for exploration of the local area and has good rail and tube connections nearby so exploring further afield is very easy.
As I said earlier this is our second stay at this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I would be very happy to recommend this to my friends.

We had a great weekend in London. The hotel is lovely, clean, nicely decorated and close to a main station. We did have some trouble using the wifi but that didn't spoil our weekend ;-). Will for sure stay in this hotel again!

London Bridge hotel is an independent hotel, the Shard and Borough market are its immediate neighbours. The hotel is only a two minute walk from the nearest tube station. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. We were upgraded to a executive suite and had a kingsize bed the room was excellent and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style generous and tasty. Would definitely stay in the London Bridge again.
