We attended a conference that was based at this hotel. The location is nice just across the Thymes on the south side of the river next door to The Shard. One warning- the standard rooms are extremely small. We got lucky and got upgraded to a "suite" that was also pretty small (by US standards) but so much better than the standard rooms. The staff is nice and they have a very good breakfast buffet.

I was recently treated to a night at this hotel by my partner and it is a gorgeous hotel and such an excellent location as it is straight down the road from London Bridge Station . The staff are very friendly and seem like they love working there. The room was quite small which doesn't matter as it was only the two of us but for the price it would have been nice to have a bit more space. Bathroom clean, TV, mini bar all good! The bed was my favorite, it was so comfortable and lovely thick bedding with a nice number of pillows. We didn't go for the breakfast as it is £10 to book and £17.00 to buy on the day! The bar was lovely and we enjoyed some freshly made Pimms before we headed out. All in all such a lovely hotel but maybe more for business then leisure if more than one night

Great location - turn right out of the London Bridge tube station then the 2nd right and the hotel is right there. Even late at night we didn't feel unsafe. And the tube station is right across from Borough Market which is an amazing place for lunch, for snacks, for window shopping and people watching.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and they will make you an omelette to order if you don't want the scrambled or fried eggs at the buffet. We had to leave early our last morning and they actually let us into the buffet 15 minutes before it opened so we could at least have something to eat before we left.

The room itself is a little small, like you'd expect in a city like London, or New York for that matter. But the bed was comfy, the shower had great water pressure and the staff quite helpful.

All in all it was a great choice!

This hotel is right next door to London Bridge Station and Underground and also the Shard. It is therefore quite good value for it's position. The rooms are rather small but have plenty of hanging space. Tea & coffee and wi-fi are included. The bathroom is minute and gets very steamed up when you are having a shower, which is over the bath. There is a shelf over the toilet for toiletries and good towels.Staff could be slightly off hand but generally they were polite and helpful. The breakfast was rather poor for a hotel of this standard. The cooked items were very nice and hot but the fruit was awful - just bits of hard apple and pear etc cut up in big chunks. No individual yoghurts and a meagre plate of cold cuts and small packets of cheese. We were there four mornings and it never varied - could have used some variety. Staff in the restaurant were quick to clear away and always pleasant. Overall I would recommend this hotel because of it's location and would return if in London again

I booked a room there for an event i was attending and I can say I will be headin back there soon. The service made it seem personalised and caring. I'm very happy and I have recommended my husband take me back ASAP. It's worth the money

I booked ahead and paid a special price for this hotel and it really was good value. The hotel is brilliantly situated for the O2 and Butlers Wharf. We were going to the O2 and I also prebooked the Thames Clipper boat from London Bridge to the O2 and it was only 5 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel has a lovely feel about it. Staff were welcoming and helpful and our room was spotlessly clean. As other reviewers have stated it was quite small and only had a small round window and no view but for the price and convenience of location we accepted this. The air conditioning worked well on what was a very warm weekend.

We did enjoy a couple of drinks in the bar where the atmosphere was good but didn't eat in the hotel. There are so many lovely places to eat along the Thames that we were spoilt for choice just outside of the hotel.

Will definitely return again for a weekend stay. Please keep up your excellent great work. Thanks

After staying in London many times the staff at this hotel were helpful polite and friendly going our of their way to accommodate any requests we made. The room was small but i guess that is to be expected with a London hotel. We ate in the bar one evening although the menu was limited our party of four had no complaints about the quality. Breakfast was good and a varied selection was on offer. We would definitely visit this hotel again if staying in London especially with the prospect of paying a visit to Borough market just round the corner.
